Guild Wars 2

I have several female characters. Friends of mine who are also male have a few female characters. I don’t feel any unease since I don’t see any of my characters as extensions of myself. They’re just characters. But characters I really like.
There are also plenty of women who play male characters. They just rarely ever get mentioned.

I know we don’t need another one of these topics, but getting farmed endlessly by an impervious enemy, is wearing me out. It’s starting to feel like this now.

If nothing else, maybe my venting will be worth a laugh.

Does the Reaper specialization work well with the Soul Reaping build? I know Reaper’s shroud replaces Death shroud, but I don’t know if the two mesh together or become redundant.

(Yak’s Bend, we play to win and not just for “The Fights”. We are a persistent group of men and women working as a team to get things done. We don’t give up. We have passionate WvW players that are in the fields every day defending, repairing and conquering. )

I’ll certainly agree with that. Fighting against your server is like the bowling pins all rushing out to meet the bowling ball.

Since my time in wvw, on occasion I’ll hear a player say that the opposing server has a spy in our group, watching everything we do, using up all the supplies, or whatever mischief that can be done. Is this something that actually happens, or is it just paranoia?

I always have the target first. I will just have to get a better handle on the distance it seems.

I’ve been running around in wvw with a Mesmer, but I seem to be having some trouble with this ability. That being, when I use it, a lot of the time nothing happens. The ability starts the cool down so it is activated, but the illusion doesn’t appear.
At first I though I might have been to far away, but it happens when I’m much closer too. It happens against both players, and enemy npcs. So far, it hasn’t happened in pve. But I also haven’t been spending much time in the worlkitten
he only one who’s having this problem? This doesn’t happen every time. Just most of the time.

Are the elite specializations the only viable builds?

The classes I’ve tired so far are Necromancer, Engineer, and Warrior. I considered going into the class forums first, but since the vast majority of players in nearly any online game hate pvp (Hell, even players who like pvp – hate pvp) I went here first.

Good afternoon. I’m a new player, that’s also started getting into pvp. I’ve competed in pvp in other online games before, and have usually done pretty well. But I’m having a really hard time in this game. I’ve read a bunch of tips. Watched a bunch of videos. Tried three different classes to see if I was better suited to one of them, but nothing is helping.

The problem I’m having is I can’t do enough damage to anyone (aside from an Elementalist on occasion) while I go down in three hits. I’m clearly doing something wrong, but I don’t know what.

This is probably to vague, but any suggestions would be appreciated.
