I had a ticket under Login Issues that was dated earlier, but your post said to put a ticket under Ask a Question so I closed my Login Issues ticket and open this one. My Login Issues ticket number was

Ya, mine was from Lance aswell and it gave me a link to the recovery page so I did everything it asked and it said theres an error contact support

Ya, I had posted under another guys post telling them I had tried the recovery, but it did not work for me then a few minutes later I got an email telling me to try the recovery so I tried again and got the same error

Thanks for the help Support, but the email you guys sent requested me to do the recovery, which I have already done and it did not work. I posted my Email, 25 digit code, and a character on my account, but when I click verify it pops up at the top saying
“There is an error contact Support”
Oh well not going to argue with you anymore I have my opinion you have yours..
Lol it prolly wouldnt be worth buying because all your money would have been spent in making authentications and phone apps…
Well I look forward to playing your game cause it sounds like it will be flawless.. Look at Call of Duty they opend a website phone app phone support service and still had hella hella hella problems getting things together… But cant wait to play your game in 30 years
Well hopefully one day you will be able to creat a game for us and when 40000000000 accounts get hacked you have them back up and running in 3 days
See like you saying that is going to just get this thread locked or keep the gms from coming back on this post to reply to us people trying to be polite about the matter. I know your mad, but thats the reason your on the end of buying and playing the game and there on the end of working and making the game.. You dont know what they go through to make the game and theres almost absolutly no way to test the flow of compromised account situations until it just happens. The game is buy once and free to play.. You think when World of Warcrat came out it was perfect? there were alot of account access problems still is to this day.. the only reason they get resolved quicker is because the game has been around for 6 7 8 years or whatever and has had plenty of time to get everything together. And I know your going to say so has guild wars, but think about how many expansions and patches have come out for WoW compared to how many came out to guild wars 1

Im sure they will get to it your prolly just having the same problem most everyones having.. Theres a bit of wait line im assuming so it may take a bit to get taken care of, but I found by watching some of these other people yelling and screaming about the wait is not going to further the process. You just have to post your ticket and hope they get to you asap

Well ya im thinking that I guess whoever compromised my account changed my email aswell because like I said it doesnt work for me so..

Ya my login issues ticket was updated, but when i read the support prioritzing it said the ticket needed to be under Ask a Question.. So I looked for away to change my Login Issues ticket to an Ask a Question ticket, but couldnt find away so I opened a new ticket under Ask a Question and closed my ticket under Login Issues, but I feel that only set me back in the queue

I was compromised on the 3rd and opened a ticket under Login Issues, but after reading the Support stuff it said to open a ticket under Ask a Question so I had to redo my ticket under Ask a Question on the 6th and close my Login Issue ticket.. So it prolly reset me in the queue of help =(
Ya lol ive done it like 15 times now, but just keeps getting error ill keep trying until I get some support help. I know there busy and I have a ticket in so hopefully they will get to it soon.
Yes, I put in my Email Address at the top then my 25 digit code and then my in game character name just the name without the numbers, but that link above is what shows up when I click verify
Thats all it said
I mean I put in my Account name my 25 digit code and my character name and clicked verify and that is what popped up at the top

Hey Gaile Im posting under my friends account because I cannot log on. I had a problem logging in back on September 3 and I opened a ticket under Login Issues.

But I kept seeing everywhere from other people and from your post to open a proper ticket on Hacked/Compromised accounts under the Ask a Question support tab. So I closed my Login Issues Ticket (You said dont have more then one ticket open)I reopened one under Ask a Question, so is that going to put me further back in queue?

Hey im writing this from my friends account. Back on Monday, September 3 I tried to log onto my account only to get a message saying my email had no account associated with it. Error Code : 3002.1008.1:462 I opend a ticket under Login Issues giving all my information 25 digit code etc.. Well on the new recently updated post it says to prioritize your ticket by going to Ask a Question and putting in your ticket.
So my question is, do I open a new ticket under Ask a Question with all the information or, do I leave the Login Issues ticket open. If I open a new ticket under Ask a Question its going to put my ticket off further being its the 6 of Sept. My Login Issues ticket was on the 3rd. So do I need to redo the ticket under Ask a Question or leave the ticket under Login Issues?

well thats my issue i have a ticket open through Login issues.. but from what there saying it needs to be under ask a question half the info needed is catagorized under login issues the other half with subject and what not is under ask a question..

Ya my friends account was hacked on Monday aswell and he has had a ticket open sense monday, but has not recieved any help. He has put in his support tickets the right way, but they still have yet to respond.

But that is fine for my friend because we have plenty of people to make him gear to get him back to leveling. I just wish he could get to the next step in this process and at least get his account back on his email and working through the next process.

From what I have heard if your account has been hacked in this fashion you will get your account refunded to you, but when you go to log on it will be banned for the activites the person that hacked the account did. Then you will have to reopen ticket to get helped on the banned issue. Then when that issue is helped you will log in only to find you have no gear, karma, or money.

No reply yet. They have supposivly fixed issues up to Sept. 2 so hopefully they will be getting to Sept. 3 tickets today.
My friend is having the same problem racta.4250 is having. Hes been playing since pre-release and it was working fine now it says his email has no account associated with it, but no help yet.

He has not recieved any help from the first ticket hes posted, you were lucky to get responded to with in 8 hours because some people have been waiting 5 or 6 days for there tickets to be fixed. He has sent his tickets in and posted them in several spots on the forums. Just waiting for the support to respond to one of them and get him moving to the next step

Im sorry for the multiple tickets im posting this for my roomate because it will not let him log onto the forums. These are his tickets for support help. He posted the Logging In ticket under login issues and the other ticket was posted under ask a question. When he tries to log into his account it tells him that his email has no account associated with it. He has been playing the game fine and had leveled to 42 and on monday morning tried to log into his account and it told him his email had no account on it.

When my friend, who cant log into the forums tried to log into his guild wars 2 account it says that his email does not have an account associated with it. He has emails verifying his account and his emails with his serial code.

Hey my friend Fostyy.9460 has a problem with his account. He has been playing the game since the release logging in just fine. Then Monday morning he tried to log in and it said that the email he was logging in with had no account associated with it.. When he tries to log on to the forums it tells him the same issue. He recieved an email before hand to verify his account which he did and has been logging in to the game fine up until this point. He has left a support ticket under hacked accounts and login issues, but no reply has been given.
