Though, you do fail to realize that FA does not care about the score – they do, however – care about it just enough to stay in T2 and get good fights, but really – 3rd place in Tier 2 is still a good week for us.

So go right ahead and brag about ‘winning’ and ‘ppt’ and this and that…

You also fail to realize that at one point, both FA – AND – TC both flatlined DB for weeks straight (before they stacked their server).

This guy is hilarious. DB made it to tier 2 BEFORE arrow carts were buffed. DB got to the score they currently have BEFORE the arrow cart buffs.

DB wins matches. DB isn’t the old DB, so don’t compare old with new.

Uhh 1st Eve is a lady, and she would know about DB as she was on DB.

Yes – I was there when DB was losing – and I joined FA only because I have more people that I know from years ago here.. I left DB before they started kicking the butts of dying servers on their ways down. It was a great morale booster for them and I’m glad they came out of it fighting. But I hardly think that now is a wise time to start turning chests red…. Because I’m going to feel bad for people like you when you start eating your words… that’s all I’m saying.

We are celebrating while we can, Evalana. I’m sure you’d do the same if you won a tier 2 battle the first two weeks…

Unfortunately for you, we won’t start losing anytime soon.

Red Guard had a pretty crazy evening (UK time) in EB before I had to log. NA has insane action so far, thanks a lot for that!

Red Guard is a joke, all they do is to take turns to aoe the ground and go crying when we range them. Their siege and push melee skills are Tier 5 at best.

This post reeks of arrogance and jealousy. You don’t know how they work and operate. RG is fine.

traits go 30/20/0/0/5 add whatever else you want. take 15% illusion damage, GS mastery and 20% mind wrack, clone on dodge, phantasmal fury.

Thats only 55 trait points spent? I don’t recommend this build.

I’m using 10/25/0/25/10. Works VERY well for survivability and damage burst.

Shatters are mostly situational anyways. And I actually find Cry of Frustration to be very useful against bosses with obvious skill use and on human players in WvW. Traited correctly that’s 6 Confusion applied to everyone within a small area. That’s pretty good damage.

But Shatters are a part of the Mesmers game mechanic. It needs a lot of work, still. If 3 illusions are up, you expect them to do more damage combined.

I’ve been sPvP’ing ever since the launch of GW2 (like the most of us), and I entered as a Mesmer. For me, I liked the idea of having a long range caster that destroys the opponent with conditions such as confusion.

BUT, this condition doesn’t seem to be reaching it’s full potential (yet). If coupled with other, long lasting conditions then sure, it would be fine. But almost never do I get a decent laydown of conditions on my target. Even with chaos storm, null field and chaos armour.

In contrast to this, i’ve noticed that Necromancers seem to be able to riddle targets with long-lasting conditions, and also being able to corrupt their boons. And most of their abilities are one-button hits: Meaning that they press a button and the conditions are instantly applied to their target, and it stacks in duration/intensity.

Give me more dangerous DoT’s. Please.
