Good grief. They not only sort out the problem but also offer an extra 100 tickets to EVERYONE as compensation, and people are STILL whining? And NOW they’re also whining about the compensation. Wow.
With the amount of vitriol poured out in posts in this thread I don’t blame the devs for not wanting to set foot in here and update us.
(not that they did that on Monday or anything like that, of course. Oh, wait, yes they did.)
I also don’t blame Mark at all for getting a little annoyed with the number of people who seem to expect ANet to work round the clock for them.
Seriously. It’s a reward chest, not the end of the world. If you’re so incredibly hung up about not being able to spend your shiny tickets yet, imagine how those of us who haven’t even gotten them AT ALL YET feel. I didn’t get mine, and yet I am prepared to wait until they’ve sorted the problem out.
Chill the hell out. It’s a GAME.
Guys, the last update was on Friday. Today is Monday. Contrary to popular belief, our developers have lives and families that they would like to live and see respectively.
Believe me when I say that we will provide an update as soon as we have an update to provide. Until that time, your continued patience is appreciated.
Mark, you do realize that we need a fix not an update right?
And if he didn’t update us people would be complaining that they were “keeping us in the dark” or some other crap along those lines.

i dont get why this means everyone shouldn’t get access, all that would happen to the unlucky ones is that they wait. dont see why that calls for everyone to now be unlucky.
And all that happens to all of you who did get the reward already is that you wait as well.
In fact you know what, let’s turn this around, shall we? WE earned the reward just as much as YOU did. You’re perfectly happy for us to have to wait for our reward, but now you have to wait as well you’re up in arms about it.
I wonder how many people in this thread, moaning about having to wait for something that some of us don’t even have yet anyway, would be behaving if THEY were the ones who hadn’t gotten their reward.
I think this is the right call. I can wait.
Keeping this short, there is no need to submit a ticket. Customer Support is not handling anything related to the tourney at this time. I will update if this changes.
You might want to get a move on with that. As you can see there are a LOT of angry people wondering where their rewards are.
Same here. Piken Square since I started playing GW2 (never transferred or even guested), Been running around with the Mist Runner title since a few days before the tournament ended. Achievment panel shows 4th place, and no reward at all.
Anet support people really do need to start handling tickets for this, as something has clearly gone very wrong.
