Our map managed to not bug Loana. Right after killing the Risen King NO ONE talk to her. She has a defense event where she looks for relics for about 2minutes30seconds. After that you have a bout one minute to buy stuff from her as a vendor before she vanishes.
Our instance just did the quest for Loana but again she bugged out we couldn’t buy anything from her? Did your instance talk to her a lot as soon as the Risen King died? Do you still have the instance open now for me to hop in?
Still no luck with her, she has the Talk Icon as if she could sell something but when you talk to her nothing opens up, can’t purchase last item to progress Bolt I.
Story Jounral: Heart of Thorns Part 14. Sign Cutting
On step three “Find the tracks Rox left behind.” where you walk over the tree and find a rock on the tree no matter how you interact with it it doesnt’ complete the step needed to progress this mission. Can’t progress the Heart of Thorns story journal as of this time.
Although the Chaos of Lyssa back piece is Ascended it is soulbound and not account bound like all the other ascended items. Could you please look into this? See screen shot for proof. Thanks for your time.
I have noticed that the Mesmer’s Mirror blade skill does not throw Eternity when equipped whereas the two components Twilight and Sunrise both effect the Mirror blade skill. I believe this is a bug and I have attached a screenshot to show this. Hope it can be addressed when possible. Thanks for your time.
