That appears to be a very disturbing video to say the least. I spoke with [DEVS] member who was recorded in the video. He was very apologetic and had a convincing excuse as well. After mercilessly killing the less-skilled player in the video’s foreground, he used his Shadowstep ability, which somehow teleported him on the side of the wall, where he remained stuck. Clearly the video shows him repeatedly trying to free himself from the wall and only after several attempts of using Infiltrator’s Arrow as a means of teleporting away from the wall, he wound up on top of the wall. The [DEVS] player told me that he immediately exited the game and reported to glitch to ANET.

Instead of chastising the Pink Monkeys, I feel a commendation is better suited for the [DEVS] player who went the extra mile and reported the malfunction in hopes a fix will be forthcoming, making game-play more enjoyable for all.

Clearly when he logged back in and participated in the same shenanigans, three other times, on the same tower, it was for the sake of research to allow him to be more helpful to the Anet team he spam reported himself to. Obviously a commendable deed.

It’s ok, I made sure to PM it to him as well incase it gets removed before he sees it. I think we’re all looking forward to his very obviously trollish back peddling on this one. I mean, what better way to scream, “I R baddie n I support teh exploitz”?

I think everyone on both sides should pull back on the tears. Grab a tissue/tampon/midol. Any attempt to discredit a servers success is going to result in a vicious cycle of retaliatory posts. Period. Not to mention it’s a complete slap in the face to the hard fought battles put up by all sides thus far.

Both true to an extent and false to an extent. Neither whine serves any positive purpose. No amount of QQ is going to change the cycle.

To the guy in SBI chat Saturday who thought I was completely insane for telling him, “I wouldn’t get too kitteny yet” for which he replied, “Are you serious? I think we’ve earned it” , well let’s toast to second place shall we?

I was proud of how well SBI came together this weekend, the coordination and the amount of people online and in TS. A few times I felt the pride fading each time someone would start getting kitteny and complacent. Granted they were only a small handful of people, but for that small handful of people, I’m actually kinda glad this face slap of reality hit. I think in order to acknowledge where we need improvement, failure has to happen. SBI thus far has done an amazing job of learning from each and every battle and adapting in the next round. I truly hope to see this pattern continue.

For those that busted their rears and fought with everything they had…..amazing work, this weekend was some awesome fights and our commanders were on top of their stuff.

And for our opponents, please don’t let the vocal minority of chest thumpers and QQers jade your impression of SBI as a whole. We have a few of them ingame too and I assure you, they’d get vote kicked from WvW if there was an option. This server fought it’s heart out and let’s all pull back and see how the next four days go.

I enjoy my WvWvW without shiny trinkets thank you. That opens a pandoras box of Pve’ers vs PvPers, loots unfair, why don’t we get blah blah, and more PvE’ers than the grub and world completion already bring in, hoe’ing up the Q’s. And lets not forget the QQ threads that I’d have to take vacation just to be able to read all of.

HoD only does well in off hours because they have a lot of foreigners getting free caps. That’s why they lose during primetime and comeback when everyone is asleep or at work / school.

They don’t “lose during primetime”. Seriously, the HoD primetime guys are good. You give them an hour without constant pressure, and they take their keep back and begin pushing you out of their land quickly.

But they also aren’t better than everyone else.

Did HoD make any progress beyond their 2 towers + keep this weekend on HoD map? They certainly didn’t on Friday and Saturday…

Hah, I can’t wait until HoD plays SBI without ET gunning at us.

SBI is either trolling or… nah it is trolling for sure. SBI Owes all their lead to ET. They should be very, very grateful that ET gave them free points all weekend long. Hell RUIN Admitted this and still people sing praise at SBI.

It was a very tough battle Friday, Sat and Sunday on HoD and at 7pm sunday night we on EB held every one of our sides objectives. Give credit where due. HoD played one hell of a defense during our NA prime time.

Little irrelevant all the e-peanz waving don’t you think? You want to only take credit and not give it.. Did we come and discredit HoD last week by saying “All HoD winz belong to JQ” ? I mean we were focused from both sides as well? Did SBI cry about it? In Wx3 there will always be focus. Focus should be a huge part of the strategy.

About that battle last night in stone mist there was somthing fishy going on there idk if its posable to lagswitch WvW but after hod grabed sm and not before the lag was so bad you could not use your skills with out a at least 10s delay. I have been in larger battles with no issues.

It’s not your computer. It’s not just HoD. It’s really not limited to any specific server. I’ve been in plenty of fights in plenty of places with plenty of servers and have had the skill delay as well as invisible fighters. It has nothing to do with my computer nor my 30 MB down internet. I’m sure other servers have experienced it against us too and it can really be chalked up to the game could use a rendering touch or two.

Hopefully the trolls and hooligans, who have all week complained and QQ’ed about SBI and ET focusing on HoD, have paid attention to this thread. There was a reason to focus HoD hard over the weekend. Everyone on both servers knew that come Sunday night all bets were off. You get the points you can and deny them the points when you can because we have more dead times than they do and although we had 2 1/2 days to focus them, they have all week to regain ground and still come out on top.

So for the few but vocal that screamed ZOMG ALLIANCE QQ CHANGE MY DIAPER PLOX…….hopefully the method to the madness now makes sense.

The fact that HoD maintained a 200ish point tick throughout the weekend with 2 servers chomping at the bit to smash them is impressive in itself as well.

Mydublin/Nacasatu/Ooo simply can’t be taken seriously. He’s a random HoD player who clearly couldn’t take losing, so now we at SBI gets to deal with his pre-pubescent disgruntledness. WE didn’t burn that many supplies during the HoD attack, HE did. He makes sure to repair all of our walls and build flame rams in the middle courtyard using only Stonemist supplies as well as convinces the random pugs to do the same. He has attempted to convince people he’s from ET while he complains incessantly about communists and his ill perceived idea that SBI and ET have an alliance.

IT may have gone over better if he hadn’t been so blatantly obvious and noobish when he first started doing it three days ago. Guess he forgot to take down his REAP tag before we could notice that we were also attacking REAP members on HoD too. After pointing this lack of forsight out to him, he promptly changed his tag. The next day he logged in with a different toon. Again, not before SBI members had added him to their friends list and could tell it was still him.

Next time a player/guild, (I won’t say server as I don’t think HoD would want to be associated with this juvenile) decides to attempt internal sabotage, I’d suggest not sending your village idiot. He’d probably be more useful running supplies for you.
