So they only do one rollback on a single account? ive ive known that i wouldnt have asked for one..
None of us know if, why, or how they chose to roll back your account. It’d be better to continue your support ticket (assuming you put in a ticket and needed a rollback) and ask them about it.

I’d imagine some have. I’d also imagine that the length of the rollback is based on the first sign of suspicious activity on the account, which is probably why they would do a rollback that goes that far.

Did you have an issue that Anet helped you with? Why do you think you were rolled back?
Is this your only character? Could those 100 skill points belong to another? They are character-based, not account.
They didn’t have to roll it back 18 days, just one day before the hacker sold all of my stuff would have worked out
I don’t understand why they couldnt have just mailed my stuff back why they had to put it back 18 days

In terms of Log in dailies, a lot can factor into it, for example some people whom were logged in to soon close to the update for log in dailies are behind a day for some unknown reason. Whether or not they fixed that I haven’t noticed. Not logging in will also put you behind.
I know that my girlfriend and myself are almost half a month apart in log in dailies, she just got her loyalty chest from March yesterday. How ever if you were on log in 22 or something and got a account rollback/restoration for some reason and are now on log in 14. Please contact Customer Support once more with clarification.

The daily doesn’t correspond to calendar date.You get the reward for each day you log in – regardless of number of days in between.
Is that what you were getting at? What makes you think there was a rollback?
oh it does? whoops my bad, but i did get rolled back because i had every skill unlocked with 100 skillpoints now i have 2 and one 25 skillpoint unlock to go..
I have no idea why they did this, i just needed to be rolled back to the 8th of this month…
To the point where your log in rewards are off by the dates?

It´s been more than a week so in order to keep playing I had to buy another account since I never received answer from their team. I think this is so unfair since we PAID for the game and I guess we expect better service coming from them.
They expect us to be patient and wait, but how can be patient if the only thing we get is an automated reply and after that we get no updates whatsoever.
If you guys are struggling with ticket volume, hire more people, easy as that.
The original ticket is the 1416124, I posted here before and got no answer like most people here. No answer on my email even after I did all he steps(GM Tanzun was the one in charge of the ticket).
Please guys try to be serious on this, we all paid for the game and expect a good service.
We haven’t seen any update on this forums on a long time, not even an update to say yes we working on em and at least to keep the hopes up.

I’m having the same problem as this person did (about a year ago) It just pops up a new window to write back to them, not the same page the as the GM wrote on, any fix to this? ( had to make a new ticket)
