We were two trying to head to him, and i think i hit a wolf once(killing it) and the other guy littery one shot the VETERAN corrupted wolfmaster and the second wolf.
I was lvl 44 and the other guy was lvl 80. If i was just a second to late then i wouldn’t been able to get the reward for it.
It feels like the level scaling did absolutly nothing here.

I just think this is the stupidest things ever. Today i wanted to do some Snowball mayhem, and where did i end up in? A place where a bunch of people were farming it, letting one team win.

This is so stupid imo. So scandalous i can’t even believe it myself. You can’t do that!
Snowball mayhem is a fun GAME, a game where you’re supposed to have FUN. Not farm, have FUN. This is what i use it for, and most people do it too. Now, i understand that someone people farm it by just playing and hoping, no, actually,TRYING, that their team will win. I’ve done that, but actually farming it delibrity, convicing people, or drag along a few people, that will just let one team win is absolutly horrible.

Why? Because you can’t chose your game! You wallk into the little portal, BAM, there you got your match. You can’t chose a map, you can’t chose a server like in pvp, where they tell you if this is a map for farming or not. No, you’re just a poor player that want to play the game, in a map where they won’t let you to!

Now, you’re probably trying to tell me something along the lines of “Then why can’t you just leave and enter, and hope for a game where this isn’t the case”.
Well, yes i did that, but what if this catches on. What if everyone will be doing it, and I, who just want to play a nice game of Snowball mayhem, can’t play a fair game anymore.

Please, just stop doing it.

But, Waine didn’t die if you choosed the Order of Whispers plan.
I can see where you’re getting from, but if Waine’s death solely depends on the players decision, then I don’t think it’s that solid.

Ever sence i’ve gotten windows 10, i’ve got this problem that whenever i tab out of Guild wars 2(using the windows button) there’s a 10% chance that the whole computer will crach. Everything feezes, and then i get an error screen(at the computer, not the game) and i’m forced the restart the whole computer. Never had this problem before.

I doubt this is something GW2 can fix, it may as well be windows 10 faults, but there’s nothing wrong with posting the problem here and hoping for change i suppose.

There is a lot of option to choose from. First of all what weapon do you like playing with? Here a list of different combo that work well together in no particular order.

Power build
- GS + Longbow
- Hammer + Longbow
- GS + Mace/Torch or Focus
- Hammer + Mace/Torch or Focus
- Scepter/Torch or Focus

Condi Build
- Scepter/Torch + GS

I like GS, and mace isn’t too bad so. So where to go from there?

I just got my Guardian to level 80, but the class bores me so much.
What may change my opinion of that is a good build.

So basically what i want is a Guardian that can stay alive, but still do alot of damage. I don’t care if it’s condition damage or just raw power.
Healing and stuff is nice, but i mostly wanna kill something because i don’t work in groups alot, but i also wanna be tanky and supportive in a way.

It’s a vague discribtion but that’s so you may give me alot of option to try out, but don’t be afraid to give me something else. If you somehow post a healing tanky option for me that i like, then congratz, you changed my mind! But what i wrote above is still what i want first a foremost.

I play PvE.

Reading this i get the impresion that you’re pretty confused about the game.
First of all, you’re not a “fire elementalist”. There’s no sush thing as Earth elementalist, air elementalist or water elementalist either. You’re just an elementalist. You have to switch your elements all the time
Just begin fire means that you’re just Power, no healing spells from the water aspect, or protective spells fom the Earth, and no controll abilities from air.
If this is the case, please try and fix that first and foremost.

As for you’re getting one shot, it may be something to do with that you have “abilites others do not have”. Seems to me that you’ve just not unlocked them in you’re hero panel, wich you have to do! Preferibly all of them, or the ones you really really need.
Put stuff in your water speclaizations and you may not get one shot directly, or get better at dodging.
Another thing you can do is to get equipment (armour is the most important one, things like rings and amulets can wait until you think that you want to continue with that style) with vitality or toughness on them, although this will also mean you’re going to lack in pure damage and critical hits.

As with “you’re changing skills” may just be that you’re changing weapon. I can see no other explanation (i guess you mean the five first, the others ones you can change easily, just click on the Arrow above the skills and chose)
With each weapon you get a diffrent set of skills.

An on and off button for “Leader of the pact I & II”
That’s the thing that give you 5% or 15% increased swiftness, and it’s really really annoying to have when doing jumping puzzles in Lions Arch (troll’s revenge in particular)
And there is no way to remove it!

When the “Free Pact troops trapped by vine Chambers” part shows up, there’s only two troop memebers there, so i get stuck on that part.

Can you say that again? It seems like your writing about map completion and something about world vs world, but you dont really bring up your point so i dont know what to write.

I was in bloodtide cost doing the pirate event at the priory reaserch place just south of LA. It was maybe week 2 just after realese, the finnal boss apperd and it was around 20 to 30 people there. The red apperd on the ground EVERYWHERE, i got to a safe spot, and EVERYONE JUST DIED, exept me and 3 more people…Was the best moment in guild war 2…ever, just see so many people die and not me.. :’3

I was playing with my ele this day, when people started talking about somehing with necro and ele. I saw they say “well necro can be melee” and someone repiled “and ele can not…?” “what about dagger dagger” and then everyone started talking about what is melee and what is not. I said, it feelt like i was only me that said this but, “300 and 400 is melee, becouse you have to be REALLY CLOSE to the thing you are killing, right next to it” but, everyone eles said
“No, melee is 150” and im pretty PRETTY sure that they say that JUST beacouse the greatsword and sword have that range (exept with greatsword on mesmer then) and i tought like, WHAT? They only had that to say.

I asked my guild, they said melee was 300 becouse that is REALLY SHORT.

And i wonder. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

The foefire, as everyone know i hope, killed the humans and the charr in a area in ascaloon. But only in one area. And made the humans into ghosts.
But i wonder, how far did it reach?
“the viewing hill” is the hill/ point of intrest in plains of ashford where a warband watched from a safe distant, and saw the foefire to tell the others about what happend.
What i find really intresting is, that not far away, is the heart of the foefire! (also a point of intrest in plains of ashford)

So the foefire did not go that far right, beacouse the pois are so close to eatch other? But why is it ghosts beyond the viewing hill then?

I have neeever eeever seen him.

In cursed shore, south of Anchorage waypoint is it a skill point in the water.
When you get inside the sinken ship there is the skill point to open the chest, get an item, and the click on it.
I was there, opened the chest, but i did NOT get the item. I have been like this for maybe 7 days and i have alredy reported it to ArenaNet, but the chest still says “the chest is emty” and is still don’t have the item ofcourse. And i was like “ok, it is not fixed yet” , and when i tell the people in the chat about it so does some say they made it 4-6 hours ago and did get the item and the skill point, but i dont?

Soo, some in the chat said that it maybe was “charachter bug” and it was not a server bug. And i was thinking, why not change server, and see if that works, and then change back to lovley Gandara :P

But can someone tell me if they had the same bug and was on another sever? So i won’t go there. Or if it did work on there server? Becouse this skill point is the only one i got left to get Cursed Shore map completion.
And if you think change server WONT work please, please tell me that too.
Becouse i can wait and report it as a bug again, but i don’t know if they can fix it becouse it seems to be MY bug. And if it is a charachter bug then i will report it to ArenaNet again, i guess?

I alredy knew about that but i dont think that it is a bad thing.

My main charachter is a Sylvari, and the only thing that i dont like is that they smile everytime.My Sylvari is a thief! Why would she smile all the time?
