I dont know if theres something I am not seeing, or doing wrong, but when I try yo join a soloq tournament, there is noone in the roster for hours. I also cant see any ongoing tournament, any finished tournaments. The whole tournament window is completely deserted.
Is it my problem or tournaments are no longer being played?
How did you manage to have 12.5k, or whatever, with PVT/Valk gear? My Ele has full berserker gear and still have 13.1k health, but thats with 15 traits at water though…
I thought thats the philosophy of our developers. You farm dungeons for good looking gear so you will look awesome, you farm useless (stat vise) legenaries to also look awesome, you play spvp for braging rights, you play wvw for server pride, not solely for that of course, or thats what I thought.
Yes, the the road to learning it all is long and difficult, and there will be so much room for mistakes which will not be forgiving. And you know what all humans do? Misyakes.
No no, by difficult I dont mean trash mobs being difficult, but bosses, and not “dis dog be one hittin you”, but “dis dog be one hitting you all if you dont do that, while doing that and avoiding those while counting seconds when you need to dodge”.
Its not gear tredmill, its not uber rewards, its not money or experience.
What we need is…
Epicly hard dungeons, and by epicly, I mean so hard, that beating them will give you a title prooving that you did THAT dungeon and beaten it. We need competetive pve.
Imagine hearing all the stories about how difficult the paticular dungeon is, then entering that dungeon, training, learning all tactics, and finally beating it.
Not this current “farm it” dungeons, just one dungeon which completing once will be enough.
What do you mean? Pvp? Weapon switches?
In pvp, thats why you are ranged, your goal is to keep melle away from you. You are ranged at the cost of survability.
If you want to be both melle and ranged, then either have balanced gear or select which set you want to be better I gues.
Currenly, the difference between melle and ranged weapon sets is dealing more damage at greater risk or dealing less damage at minimum risk.
The most logical solution to this would be to make melle weapon sets to have more survability than ranged, both dealing equalized damage, but since classes are not locked into being ranged or melle, that is impossible to do without balance issues right? Right?
What I am suggesting is making ranged weapons scale better with power and melle weapons scale less, but have more base damage. This will make melle weapons to benefit more from building toughness/vitality and ranged to benefit more from full offensive gear. Thus still keeping the risk factor and, in my oppinion, making game more fun.
Same here… but its less frequent… usually from 30 minutes to a couple of hours frequent.
I keep getting these disconnects all the time, like every 30 minutes. And no I don’t have any programs installed, firewall is turned off, antivirus also.
My connection is fine, there is no problems with it, CPU is also.
