Has Anet has considered allowing you to have different traits depending on which weapon swap you are using?

For example, I would like to have different traits for my staff on my guardian than my Greatsword if possible.

I was finally able to find a server where he was not bugged by guesting and random success. But now, I am running into the same problem with Timberline falls event for Protect krewemaster Dobbs" event to unlock Rankor Ruins and Quinta merchant for Ancient stone summit shoulder spike treasure hunter item.

Similar to the Scholar Brendan dynamic event in Straits of Devastation, this dynamic event also seems to be bugged. The "Protect krewe leader Dobbs . . . " event followed by “Defend Rankor Ruins” are necessary to open up the Rankor Ruins WP in the Tyrian’s mount area of Timberline Falls. By doing so, the merchant Quinta becomes available for purchase of the karma Treasure Hunter item “Ancient Stone Summit Shoulder Spike.” I believe this has been bugged since the September Patch.

If someone, has found a way to circumvent this bug you support is appreciated. Please advise when this bug is anticipated to be fixed.
