This match is much more one sided than the last time we met. I wish people’s philosophy was to play for points. Otherwise why not have a ‘see who can kill the most dead stuff the fastest in Orr’ track meet. But that is the way of things. There will always be bad apples.
it’s more one sided this time because frankly we’re (ok, i can’t speak for the server but I am) tired of maguuma constant crying.. go through this thread and 90% of it is them crying because WvW isnt played how they want. They want to talk about how skilled and great they are but obviously they can’t hang and when they get beat they run here and whine about how they got zerged.. tell them to go SPvP if they want “fair and balanced” match ups and they whine because SPvP is boring.. they basically want their cake and eat it too. Even if you beat them with a smaller force they cry about it, they basically want to keep changing the rules until it favors them. It’s no wonder they wanna sandbag it and go back down… So they can redevelop their false sense of superiority.
DB on the other hand has given some great match ups both small and large.
This would all be fixed if they would separate reigns. Nc soft and Anet just don’t know how to make games very well.

When a patch happens, have you ever read ANets patch notes? They are pathetic!
Rift, WoW, Aion, hell go back to DAoC, EQ, UO…every patch notes contained EVERY change to the game. If the math changed on an attack, the change was given, if an attack was increased in speed, it was stated.
Can you list every single change of the last patch? Bet you can’t.
The patch notes ANet releases are barely the surface of what changes. The Wiki is rarely correct either, I routinely find changes not mentioned in either location.Then there is another large problem, ANet routinely posts to facebook and twitter things that should show up upon the main website first. Nothing that is posted anywhere, should be left off the main website, that is what having a website is for. I should not have to check other locations to figure out what is going on with the game, ever.

Maybe I would like feedback daily and a game with less bugs. I come from a background of playing wow, aoc, warhammer, aion and rift, so I can honestly say that I have not seen another mmo start off this poorly, with this many problems.

Why would any of their employees give a rats behind about the bugs, lack of communication, ui options and anything else about this game. Also a crappy blog every 5 days is horrible communication.
We’ve counted the number of players present in each WvW maps, and it turns out to be 70 persons per server per map.
This is much much lower than it was before the patch.
Question:
Has the capacity of the WvW maps been reduced on purpose, or is it due to a bug ?Please, try to solve this issue as soon as possible, as more and more people (guildies, allies, friends, etc…) just stop playing the game just because of this problem.

you know it is called a MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) not a MGO (Massive Gank Online)

If you go to Rift.com, mmo-champion.com and even Worldofwarcraft.com you will be able to see all the communication that takes place with the community on a daily basis. This is like common practice for these games.
I refuse to buy more gems to purchase character slots until I can keybind each character the way I like, without affecting the rest of my characters keybinds.
This is lackluster communication at best. I looking for more dailie communication similar to what takes place in Rift and wow.

A little better communication about changes and general info about what you are currently working on would be nice. Player don’t stick around when there is little to no communication. I would appreciate if you could communicate with the community better than you have been. Anet is dropping new content without addressing bugs or giving us an explanation to the fact why bugs are not being fixed before new content is added. Thank Paintrain.

I’ve played wow for 7+ years and I can honestly say that not having to regear my toons every couple months is an plus. I’ve also played Aion, Warhammer, AOC and Rift to max level and they were the same way as wow, new gear every couple of months. The thing’s that gw2 could improve on is world event maybe more like rift random event system and They need to polish their game more before they add more content. They need me on their development team!
Since patch game has crash for me at least 20 times. Then tonight I got screwed on the last bos in cof because of (guess)………………………..a crash, no loot from chest for me. This needs to be fixed asap!

I started playing around two weeks ago, everything was going awesome until I logged on to an alt after changing some keybinds. This is silly. What the hell kind of developer thinks this is ok? There should be no reason why we can’t move our abilities around and have weapon and character specific keybinds. Thing like this is caused me to hate Aion by (Ncsoft) also and if this can’t be fixed it will be my game breaker. This game has lots of potential and is great from what I have seen so far, but this is just bad game design that I refuse to deal with. Please address this issue.
