The point was that supposed “great players” were complaining of getting placed with terrible teammates and losing their games constantly, preventing them from reaching their “true division”. He’s simply proving that is not true.

He started on a noob account which is almost like cheating. All you have to do is start a new account and you’ll know what I mean. You have a huge advantage in the early going on a brand new account if your an experienced player. I don’t know how to expalin it exactly but it seems like you get put on the team that is favored to win much more often then not. Take an account with 1,000 games on it. Get to lowest bronze possible and then after getting to the bottom lose about 20 games in a row. And then climb out of that. Then I’ll give you credit. This system adjusts to what your doing quickly in terms of wins and loss streaks you have to get the system to really accept you as a bronze level player and to do that you’ll have to get to the bottom and lose a lot there. Not get there and then win 10 straight.

He literally went to 612 rating, in the lowest tier of bronze on purpose, and then soloQ’ed his way to Platinum. I don’t understand what about that you don’t comprehend. He was placed with some of the worst players and carried them to wins. He proved that even with kittenty players, if you’re a good enough player you can carry your pleb teammates to wins and end up in higher tiers.

So far i’ve only seen 3 good thieves, but those 3 totally destroyed me in humilliating ways.

What i’ve read about the thief, is not that it’s in such a bad position, but that the revenant can fill the same role with less risk.

I have to agree with this, even though I love Thief.

As a Revenant, you can still chase people with Shiro, deal tons of damage, and your heals are crazy. Not to mention your Rez power with Infused Light.

I am trying to get all of my stuff together in preparation to craft The Ascension as soon as possible. However, I am confused by these achievements. In Year Of The Ascension, Part III, there is an achievement called “League Conquerer”. It states the following:

“Cross 3 league division thresholds during a PvP season.
completing this achievement awards an item for Path of the Ascension III: Monument of Legends.”

I am confused as to whether or not I need to reach Diamond rank at minimum in a single season to apply for this Achievement, or if it can be done over several seasons. I am currently in Sapphire, and it only shows me at 1/2 League Divisions crossed for the League Veteran achievement.

Please help me out here! Not sure what to think.

I’m trying to go ahead and plan out my steps to craft the legendary backpiece, The Ascension. Is there a set League I need to reach in order to get The Ascension by Season 4? What other steps should I work towards now that I won’t be able to later, in order to complete the backpiece by Season 4?

Birthday award is for age of character not how long play game in total.

It’s almost punishing you for deleting an unused character to make a new one that you’d rather play on. Wouldn’t it make more sense to just bind it to your overall age?

Hey, all!

I am confused about the Veteran titles. I have 855 days behind me since character creation, but since I deleted some of my oldest toons a while ago, I have not received the Veteran Title; only Loyal. My single oldest character currently has 583 days since creation.

Does this mean that even though I have played the game for 2+ years, I am ineligible for the 2 year title because I simply deleted my older characters to replace them with newer ones? Why are the titles not based off of overall age, instead of being character-bound in a way?
