Agreed. Signet of the hunt needs to and will go to 25%.
Holy kitten!
Thanks snaplemouton! It’s SOOO nice to not have a P.O.S. community that trolls me when I ask my noob questions, lol. Appreciate the input fellas (and to be politically correct gals [if any]).
Thanks Thumper for the input I greatly appreciate it!
So I figured who better to ask about a duo partner with a Necro than the Necros themselves. Long story short friend and I duo a lot he is a Necro, and I’d like to know out of Ranger, Mesmer and Warrior who’s the better compliment? Of course I’ve taken into consideration my play style, but I enjoy all three classes to some degree. All 3 areas of the game will be played frequently (sPVP, WvW and PvE).
Thanks!
Never fear the trap nerf was a fair trade for our underwater might the dev gods granted us in return. After all no one needs flame traps where we’re going.
I figure we rangers will own the seas and will harvest much seafood. Which in turn will enable us as a profession to become economically superior by opening a seafood fast food chain in every city! Soon gems will line our harpoon guns and spears! “Quaggan Cuisine” it’ll be included in the next content patch!
I can see it now. A new ranger skill
“kittenload of animals”
Release the hundreds of feral and rabid animals you hired some poor people to collect with your obscene wealth.
Cooldown depends on how many quaggan burgers were sold in the last quarter.
Yes, yes you understand! We shall dominate GW2 not with might, but with wealth! We shall outfit our castles/forts with superior anti-siege weaponry gained from our savvy business practices! You may see it as nerfs or useless fixes, but I and other see it as ninja buffing rangers into GODS among men!

This is great news our devs have taken notice of our pleas to strengthen our underwater prowess! We shall now be able to eliminate the scourge of the ocean those menacing quaggans! Sure they look docile, but no doubt they eye our pets with hungry eyes. Let us commence our underwater takeover and build a ranger civilization in the murky depths. Fear us we are RANGERS!
Finally patch notes for Guardians that didn’t irritate me.
EDIT: NVM I take what I said back. Amins pointed out Orb of Light isn’t the scepter auto. GG. >_>;
Well, it’s a nerf again to me when you look all the other class buffs (except maybe the thief nerf).
All classes got bug fix, not us and we still have unusable trait.I need to try Selfless Daring in WvW cause the patchnote isn’t clear.
You really should check the other class forums before you say stuff like this, because as someone who has 7 characters, one of them being a Guardian…..ALL of my classes got nerfed or only minor bug fixes at most. None of them got anything even resembling a buff.
I don’t know what you’re talking about my ranger is now the terror of the deep blue sea! Which is where I’ll spend most my time considering my traps are now on a 30 second cooldown (traited 25)
./signed in agreement
Long time lurker on these forums and I’ve been holding out for this update since the “infamous” Jon Peters post. Needless to I’m incredibly disappointed and sadly although I was looking forward toward leveling my ranger it looks like it’s time to play another game. I thought about rerolling, but why should I be forced to play a game in a fashion that I don’t want to. The short answer to that is I don’t have to play that game at all if I can’t play in my desired play style.
On the bright side we did receive a new ability from ANET it’s called silent f .a.r.t. after my ranger got r.a. p.e.d. by Jon Peters; unfortunately it applies a debuff that disables my ability to sit for 30 seconds.
