I actually take camps by myself for JQ.

I have some good fights with both servers even though I am outnumbered most of the time.

What new event? Is there a link to the information?

Ok I hardly get a whisper besides my own server but last night I had a whisper from an enemy player.

Now this person had killed me two times while I was defending the supply camp. It was near our wp and I could make it back quickly. The third fight we had I won. At any time before the third fight or after the third fight I didn’t taunt or use an emote or anything to provoke such messages I was getting. Truthfully I was a bit baffled how they could whisper to me. I eventually reported the person for the language and names he was directing to me.

I did research and found out how it was being done but my question is how do I keep enemy players from whispering me if they don’t like the end result? I don’t want to go through all the trouble of blocking people. Can I turn it off? I didn’t get upset or get mad about dying two times before and then when I win the fight they get upset.

I am an American player and never have I lagged in this game ever. Now I am lagging where I cant even play

I’m a little confused on how to use the points. For example I have 20 Central Tyria points. How do I use them to train like pact commander skill? I click on the icon to train but how do I add the points to it?

GW2 Halloween is a blast. Hopefully they will do a new video for this year promoting it or I am going to TP Gaile’s yard

I am going to take the high road and just type meow instead of kittens.

Playing since the beginning and still love the game. In my book there was no reason to leave in the first place.

This is the issue I am having. My daughter’s account is under her Mom’s phone number and my account is under mine. If my daughter is at my house her mom gets the sms code and sends it to me. By the time we try to put it in , the game wont accept the code.

Now if I would put my number under her account and she goes to her mom’s house the same issue would likely happen. My daughter wants to be able to play her account at both houses with out all this hassle.

How long does a sms code last before it goes bad?

Do we always have to go through this with a sms code or does the system recognize the account is being played on 2 different IP’s for good if we can get something to work?

I should add she cant even sign on the forums when she is at my house to change the phone number. We have to do it at her moms house.

It’s a pluggable instance which is obviously easier if you have a practiced group of experienced players. It usually takes multiple nights a week to finish the first time and with practice can be completed in a few hours time. It usually requires some sort of chat program to communicate for sake of organization. Usually has 8ish-10ish bosses that you can expect to wipe multiple times to. Raiding is that feeling you get when you wipe 300 times to the hardest boss in the game and have the boss at 1% health with all but 2 people dead and those 2 people take it home and the screams can be heard through the voice chat.

I am still trying to find out about guild chat for f2p players if they can use it or not?

I am thrilled that GW2 went f2p. My 10 year old daughter ( she was 7 when she started) and I both have been playing since beta and both have our own accounts and upgraded to HoT when it was first announced.

She has been bragging about GW2 since the game came out to her friends at school. She had a few interested but their parents were already invested into WoW for their kids. Now she has one of her friends getting the f2p version today to try it out. I had talked to a few parents and explained the GW2 B2P model and told them about no monthly sub fee which was a big seller for them. Well I figure before the week is out my daughter may have some more 10 and 11 year olds running with her in game at from school. By the way my daughter loves doing PvP and fractals and runs her own groups at most times.

So I think the f2p version will help bring in many more players who have sat on the fence and never taken the GW2 plunge.

Forgive me if this has been asked/answered and I missed the topic but is guild chat able to be used by the f2p version of GW2?

The reason I asked was I wasn’t sure if they could join guilds or even be able to use the guild chat feature.

I would rather Anet let us test the game with BWE’s before they release an announcement of date of release. A better polished expansion is better than a rushed release expansion

Duh me. I forgot to do the other part in the Citadel and figured it out.

I go to Hoelbrak and go to the mark on the map for Braham by the Knut Whitebear loft instance. I don’t see Braham and I went in the instance and still dont see him. Can someone help me what I am doing wrong?

I haven’t done the trading gold for gems process yet and have a couple of questions.

Do you have to have a credit card registered to do the process?

If I don’t have to register a credit card to recieve gems and I want to use those gems for a character slot upgrade is it still possible?

I apologize if this has been answered before.

I have tried myself to verify my email on the game menu. I recieve the email but when I click to verify I get an error screen everytime.
