Half the class-specific bonus has been made baseline, the other half you get when taking the related specialization (arcana, beastmastery and so on).

As long as the 100% critical effect isn’t removed. I can’t argue with Burst Precision getting essentially a free add-on vis a vis Burst Mastery.
Gotta say I’ll be disappointed if you can’t get it back down to 7.75. Popping Flurry is fun with Burst Precision, and making it harder to do that (or do it as often) would be a let-down.
If the weapon-specific 20% recharge stacks, that would be interesting and I’d be tempted to take Blademaster where otherwise I had no interest in it.
