it’s the only way for us to get loot as all the guilds from gh flee the moment they see even a non-blob group of AM people together they go inside their keeps rather then fight. at least in taking a keep we get some silver. It will surely be a boring week.

The reason they flee is because any apparent non-blob will soon be followed by one huuuuge megablob. We don’t take the bait anymore. Deal with it.

whats the point of staying in a guildlike server if those guilds run? this is wvw, not sanctum sprint

Might as well fight on our own terms as much as possible when it comes to your megablobs. What is the point in running as a guild if you just spend most of the time dead due to going open field fighting with a megablob when you can pull into a tower and actually stand a chance of wiping a group and or prolonging a fight.

Its a bit rich though.. Alot of the AM guilds I have seen have done exactly what you are talking about only instead of running for tower sanctuary it is Blob sanctuary too.

1. Reducing player damage to doors and improving health on walls and doors.
Gates and walls are just impossible to defend with a small amount of people against larger and more formidable groups. Increasing the health and Reducing the damage taken by players would dramatically increase the effectiveness of servers without the coverage. As well as making sieges more of an accomplishment. Perhaps increasing the cost to upgrade to balance this.

2. Guild Icons on the map, simple yet can be so very effective.

3. Upgrade to the WvW map or bringing in a new one. It has been a year, the change to the center of the map was brilliant for small groups but even that is getting boring as they are confined to that part of the map as the rest is blob central. I would like to see more changes to the map and making it friendlier for those who do not find zergs enjoyable and more like the center of the map ( Its not like there is not enough space ) Currently small groups are being tracked down and slaughtered with no way of escape, because they are in direct open sight of the enemy zerg and no way of outmaneuvering them unless they are in the center of the map or other tighter places.

FSP, It is great that you have so many Rangers.. honestly I have never seen so many rangers on one server in WvW for a while.. But do they ALL have to be glass? Sure it is great to unload into clothies and Medium wearers.. but one warrior with an Earthshaker and Stability in a Ranger cluster and you are brown bread it seems. Get some more of those sneaky slippery Rangers who heal like mad.. They are cool guys!

Not sure if this has been asked before, can’t really be asked to go into detail looking.

The amount of roaming from both sides dramatically decreased from what i seem and they just run in a blob now.If it is a counter to GH blobs to just gain some points or whatever i do not know.. But i had seen the best part of five parties during the week and caught the occasional unlucky lad/lass to encounter the thief.

Sure you are getting slaughtered point wise but pweeeeese come out to play, i am getting bored running around capping sentry’s and waiting for people at North Camp to kill.

Had a bit of fun outside of Bay tonight.. but i am a bit confused AS.. there were around 10-14 CHvc and a few randoms and you had a hell of a lot of players.. why did you not push as often and when you did why run away?

I know, it was more ment as a tease though, no real offense ment. I just dont like getting painted green and then when we come out to fight over 1 camp or tower, they run off when we kill half the group and then it ends up a 5v5 or something and they run off…

Still, I have respect for many individual players we encounter, good skills, but don’t accuse us from runnign and hiding when you do it too

Kicked off tonight on WSR borders and had a brilliant time with some nice fights..
Highlight of the night was easily defending garrison from both sides with a mass amount of enemies! Props to TEO, CE and the other guild that i am missing for the brilliant fights!

Bit of an iffy night tonight on Dz to start with a fun defense which ended up with mass numbers just piling in.. and then to GH which more massive numbers piled in on. Some nice fights with xXx around the Dz and RoS borders.

Cry Havoc are now recruiting for more experienced WvW players to join in on our merry crusades!

We are a primarily WvW focused guild with frequent forays into PvE and sPvP as well. The guild has a wide variety of players from across the UK and Europe, as well as a few Australians and players of the US. Our guild is founded by friends that have played together for 6-7 years and we are out to have fun and collectively destroy the opposition with extreme prejudice. We actively participate within the wider community on Gunnar’s and aren’t afraid to dive in and do the dirty work for the server.

About WvW in CHvc

Cry Havoc are a medium sized guild, fielding a strong group of 20-30 players at guild events and 10-20 at other times. We are an experienced group of friendly players that ensure that everyone has a role to play. We also have theorycrafters strategizing, giving build advice and working to improve our WvW as a guild.

Our dedicated guild nights are on Friday, Wed & Sun from 7pm – 10.30pm GMT, with guild missions set on a Monday night. However we are looking to expand on our player base and WvW activity.

What we expect from you

We expect our players to be mature, active and to know their class as well as to spend their time of a night with the guild. Listening in on mumble is required when running with the guild however mic’s are not needed. You will not be forced to play a particular class or build however must be open to suggestion or possible improvement. We expect our players to be ready for 7pm GMT on guild nights and to have the time to attend the full guild event.

To understand English is a must as well as commands given in English (or Ancient Cornish) and to represent Cry Havoc [CHvc].

Don’t really see why people are complaining about spying… it is a tactic, as dirty as it is.
As for the recruitment, just let them get on with it. If you are not liking the post in /t or /m just put the player on ignore. What do you want the other Surmian guilds to do? slap them on the wrist?
