I just bought 2 x the 2 gold ‘Toast’ for your guild to increase influence by 1,000. I spent 4 gold in total. The vendor took the money, I did the point at the sky ‘gain skill point’ animation’ but it didn’t apply to the guild. The money was taken, we didn’t gain the influence.
In addition, I noticed the guild interface is also bugged, but only on one of my characters. This was the character I attempted to buy influence with. It is currently showing an item being at 100% complete in the build queue, but it is stuck. If I go on another character it is not there as it is completed.
I have attached a screenshot that shows Art of War level II complete, yet it is still in the build queue.
I went to Watchman Pramas as a Human to see if he said anything different. He didn’t. However I noticed he has abilities over his head.
Why would ArenaNet add this unless he could potentially become hostile at some point? Is he killable?
I also noticed a Charr nearby who you can talk to. He says he has trained the devourers nearby to search and dig for shiny Ascalonian treasures to sell. Could they potentially find the Tome for you?
Both of these events, in Malchor’s Leap and Straits of Devastation are bugged.
- Straits of Devastation the southern invasion group does not meet up and the Temple of Balthazar is constantly contested.
- Malchor’s Leap, the Temple of Lyssa event with the 3 seals is broken. The seal that requires repairing does not work. This prevents access to the skill point in the centre as nobody can do the event.
Maybe if I start swearing and breaking the rules it will get their attention to this thread? Because being polite and patient for over a week (2/3 weeks for others) has gotten us nowhere.
Surely this is priority number 1? A broken skill point, in one of the high end zones, broken since day 1.
This game was released unfinished. Arah was unfinished, Orr was unfinished. Events and skill points are broken in these areas on a massive scale. The least they can do is put the skill point as a place of power temporarily so we can finish thekittenthing.
It is bugged on every server. They really need to fix it. It has been bugged for weeks, essentially since the game launched it has been bugged, just people couldn’t properly reach it till week 2/3
The meta events on Aurora Glade [EU] for Straits of Devastation are bugged. The Pact never attacks the Stygian Deeps and the Southern Pact forces never join up. No events are triggering to be completed or failed at all, it is just stuck.
Any news on when this will be fixed? I thought this bug had been fixed before?
On the Aurora Glade [EU] server the skill point near Stone of Hazzan is bugged. There is a secret cave under the water where you must defeat Ancient Sharks. However they are green (friendly) and it is impossible to attack them.
Anybody else on other servers having this issue?
This bug needs to be fixed ASAP! I believe it has been bugged for some time. It is unacceptable that things required for zone completion are still bugged weeks after the first instance of the bug has been raised on these forums! There have been updates to the game since this point, yet no fix for certain skill challenges.
This skill challenge is currently bugged on Aurora Glade [EU]. Did it earlier today but tried it just now on a different character and the skill challenge NPC is not there and has not respawned.
