Guild Wars 2

I don’t know if this is just a bug or not, but I can’t get past the gate to get into the nolani ruins. It says on the map that it is available, but no gate keeper is there. I can even see a mission star on the other end. I saw a player on the other side earlier, but they were afk so I couldn’t ask them how they did it. If you guys weren’t planning on adding it, please consider adding it this year or next year. I know there’s a lot of bugs with the release of HoT, I just feel like i’m missing out because I wasn’t here for earlier years.

I’ve been trying to get past the wall in the Black Citadel for about 2 hours to get to the nolani ruins. The event is clearly on the map, I just have no idea on how to get to it. If there is supposed to be an npc near the haunted nolani waypoint, there isn’t. I’ve looked up all the npcs and information on the wiki, talked to everyone in my guild, and explored everything I could find in the Black Citadel. I have no idea on how to get to the event. Please reply, I really need help with this.

When I finished downloading the expansion, I was excited to check out HoT’s features and my pre-purchase items. But I didn’t recieve the items when I logged into my account and played my character. I don’t know if this is happening to a large or small group of players, but I would like to know if anyone is having this problem on the forums. I did order HoT right before it stopped selling pre-purchase orders, but I did do it before. I heard that others were having this problem. I ordered it like 5 or 6 hours before it had launched, but it took me a while to figure out how to connect it to my account. When I had ordered it, it said pre-purchase order. I know ArenaNet is having trouble with all the bugs that are present since the release, I just hope it is fixed for me and other players.

I understand that ArenaNet is having a lot of trouble with bugs they’re trying to fix right now, I just want to see if others on the forum are having this problem.
