I did play the tower but never noticed the hiccup comment so this weird character trait comes right out of the blue and really does not feel right. I guess I would have noticed better if it was not introduced on a whim and was present during more events.
I think we’re supposed to think it’s cute character development or something.
Was it? Personally it just irritated and confused me.
It was present during past events such as the Tower of Nightmares and during the Escape from Lions Arch, so they never really introduced it on a whim.
Sorry it wasn’t shoved in your face, but it was there if you payed attention to the NPC’s.

I’m not even surprised anymore how such ignorance and entitlement can warrant such a mundane topic for discussion.
“No. The tower interior itself is not an instance, but there are small instances within it.”
From a Dev’s Twitter, which can be found here.
In other words, it will probably be similar to entering the Crown Pavilion, but instead of having a giant zerg fighting all of the open world bosses, you’ll be entering instanced rooms instead that contain the monsters within, taking from the release page, “Enter rooms within the Tower of Nightmares to brave special encounters—but beware! Things are not all as they seem.”

I usually don’t like Asurans or their design but I really like how well your color fits together with your incinerator. The mystic dagger you have though throws it off a bit.
Only if it catches my eye, which is more or less of a compliment.
It’s baffling to see how many people think this dungeon needs a nerf. Does everyone expect everything to be as easy as CoF P1?
I can’t tell if it’s plain ignorance or you just lack the ability to pick up mechanics in a dungeon that actually requires some thinking.
Legendary weapons can be sold if they have been transmuted, because the item code is still the exotic you put the skin on. The icon of the legendary is the icon of the item you transmuted it onto when you view it on the merchant.
This is not true. I own a transmuted Bolt, decided to test this out, and it did not show in the vendor’s list.
OP did not vendor their legendary.
They can be sold if transmuted!
i guess you just transmuted yours to a Dungeon Exotic!!! and dungeon items cant be sold but all crafted exotics can!
I transmuted Bolt onto a crafted level 80 Pearl sword, and it did not appear in the vendor’s list, so I don’t know what to tell you.
i dont have a legendary but.. when you transmute something , it takes the properties of the other item.. account bound" soulbound" etc ..so technicaly i guess if you transmute to a lower tier it might be possible to sell to an npc
As I already said before, nope.

I got bored and decided it was the perfect opportunity to explore some Ascalonian Ruins, using [Leap of Faith] as my main guide.
I ended up reaching the top of the Ridge and was basically trying to see if there was anything worth looking at in the zone that hasn’t been released yet. Sadly, there was nothing.
Here are some links to the SS’s I took. Enjoy.

It was a nice view from up there:

Everyone pray it lasts for 24 hours so we can get pre-cursor compensation.
I thought the story was fine. Certain parts were funny, others were serious. When the undead entered the story I barely remember anything so goofy or funny. Hell, I’ve never gasped in a storyline before and GW2 is the first to make me do so, in a certain part involving mortars and a mesmer.
I really don’t see the issues with the goofiness at all. It’s needed when it’s needed and gone when it’s not.
There is no hack. You do not know what a hack is.
You were probably a very bad Dev if you considered this a hack.
Way to choose the most inefficient way to complete such a simple task.
Ever tried doing PvE and looking around for the clusters of dead NPC’s instead of wasting your time watching your pal fall to his death?
I’m seriously fed up with the pointless topics on this forum. Nothing but idiots and complainers.
] Snip.
Once again, I don’t see any grind in this game. I’ve gotten a full set of exotics without ever having to really try. You set the game up for yourself to feel like a grind, for whatever reason, and I’m truly sorry you did that to yourself.
And as far as you know Power/Prec/Crit is called Berserker’s Armor, which can be crafted/purchased. When I completed the map, I had enough money to purchase the entire exotic set + runes. Not once do I recall myself grinding for that exotic armor.
Skins, on the other hand, were the only thing I grinded for. There is still a grind for Unique skins, what are you talking about? If you’re leading into an Ascended Gear comment, half of that crap isn’t even out yet, so I don’t know what you’re worrying about.
Also, I’ve played enough PvP to know that Rank doesn’t matter, and I’ve done enough tournaments to show it.
Snip.
Your post has too many flaws to go over.
Just because you’re finding reasons for yourself to dislike the game does not mean its been like that for everyone else.
The fact that you’ve created a grind for yourself says enough. I’ve never felt the “Grind” once when playing GW2. I just enjoyed myself while playing.
There is also no power curve, having to grind for Laurel’s is pretty sad since dailies are things you get from just playing the game, same with monthlies. It doesn’t need to be done the instant it resets.
And falling behind in sPvP? Since when did Rank ever matter? All ranking does is allow you to get better cosmetics, it shows absolutely no display in power and how well you know your character and his/her build.
If you can’t even make friends in the game that’s your fault, no one else’s.
So you’ve read the same article as the rest us, I’m assuming? What makes you think we got any more information than you did?
He hasn’t released any information on how much the pre-cursors will cost with the crowns…
Just be patient.
Eh, I’d prefer if you didn’t come back and just stayed off of GW2.
I’m fine with the prices. Gives you something to work towards and feels rewarding at the end. The armor is only for looks, not for stats. I don’t know why on earth you’d blow off that much money for stats.
I’ve purchased the only 2 pieces from the Human Cultural set that I actually wanted, and mixed and matched with order/dungeon armor and am very pleased with my look.
I mean, I’d rather have people mixing and matching sets to look more unique than just buying the set in general, but that’s me.
