Guild Wars 2

Haven’t played in over a year. Rolled a necro and just hit 80. Was wondering what would be a good PvE build for like map completion/world bosses/group events? Also a pvp one for WvW would be nice, mainly in zerg, but able to win 1v1 if it happened. Figured now would be best time to ask since a patch just dropped. Ohh, would be amazing if you included what runes to use too

I’ve played this game since launch and have never had an issue or complaint about it. But forcing people to go out of there way and do random crap to unlock traits isn’t right. Basically like other MMOs forcing you to unlock your “talent tree” piece by piece. Putting a lvl requirement on the traits were more than enough. SOME new players might not mind it. But I have a few 80s already and I don’t want to replay through all this every time I make a new toon. I really don’t wanna farm for SP scrolls either. I find it a chore to lvl alts like this.

That’s my opinion on it. But for now, i’m done with guild wars. Hopefully they change it back. There are plenty of other games that are launching/launched to keep my attention til then. Have fun, hope to be back some day

Was wondering what the pros and cons of being a necro are? How are they in WvW/Mists/Dungeons/Fractals? I keep hearing noone wants necros for PvE content. That people don’t care about them in PvP. Are there any reasons to be a necro content/group wise? Other than liking the class?

Unless there is going to be some nerf to it in the upcoming patch. Its never going to happen. Stealth gets nerfed then the thief class will literally be trash. Its the whole point behind playing the class. There has been hundreds of these threads about thieve’s stealth. Its not game breaking and it isn’t a problem. Thats why they haven’t done anything about it.

Literally just bought heroic edition today and upgraded my account I had during the “free weekends” and noticed I was on a dead european server.I am American and in the US. Is there ANY way to switch it without paying gems? If I delete all my toons will I be able to? Also I grabbed the items in my mail from heroic edition. If it is possible to switch worlds that way, will I get the items on there?
