I HOPE THIS IS RIGHT!
So it’s suppose to be “available” soon? The click “here” won’t just send you to a page that says Not Available?
And, what do you mean “during the day”?

A friend of mine has problems with E-Mail Authentication so we followed the support wiki a lot.
Yesterday they wrote that there will be a method to restore the Account “soon”.
Today the Link I posted appeared and there was this password reset as well.
So I think when they uploaded the links today, it should be available during the day or maybe tomorrow.
This is just a guess and I cannot assure anything though
EDIT: okay look here: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Game_status_updates they say “tomorrow”. Well I hope this is right

Oh god, this needs to work like right now. I’ve been waiting 8 days for my account to be accessible because of this bug. Any word on when this goes live?
The guild wiki update for 6th Sept says “Soon”.
The supporter which answered the first Ticket of my friend (On Monday) said “soon” as well… But I hope it’s right

Well I think it should start working during the day, because you can already access it over the support tab. But with our luck (Our Guild Leader is waiting 7 days without login) it wont be up this WE…

Hello
I was really happy to see this today:
If you are unable to use the Guild Wars E-mail Authentication System, please follow the steps below:
Click here.
In the Email / Account Name field, enter the email address used for your Guild Wars 2 account.
In the Serial Code field, enter the serial code you registered to the account.
In the Character Name field, enter the name of an existing character on your account.
Click Verify.
Be sure to set your account password to a strong, unique password that you’ve never used anywhere else!

Can you please fix this? Our Guild Leader is unable to play because of the
E-Mail Authentication for over a week now.

Hello,
Our Guild Leader has the problem of not getting any Authentication E-Mails.
He checked his spam Folder and added the noreply address to his whitelist and still he doesn’t get any E-Mail… To his first Ticket, which he opened on 08/31/2012 he recieved a answer, telling him that he should be able to verify his ticket in a “few days” one day afte he followed this tutorial to deactivate the Authentification System on his account: http://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9213 and opened a new ticket (120903-009558) according to the description. He also closed his old Ticket (120831-020256) in order to get a quicker answer. But still his new ticket remains unanswered. He wasn’t able to log in for a week now and he is losing his patience. So are we, the fellow guild members. We cannot manage our guild like this!
He even considered to buy a new version of the game, as he has lost all the hope of getting his account back. We talked him out of it and told him to be a bit more patient.
I hope you can do something about this
