I sure hope they fix this soon, as it is a pretty game breaking glitch for a sizeable chunk of the game’s community. I’ve talked to other Mac players in my guild and they’re all having this problem, so this is definitely am ‘all Macs’ issue, not just something a few Mac players suffer from.

So far from what I’ve figured out, (And this is with all guild permissions enabled) Mac players are unable to use the Treasury panel, the Upgrades panel, and the Decoration Select panel (The one used to change your current decoration you’re placing, not the decoration storage). This really needs to be addressed, as it is blocking progress for Mac players.

Let me take a wild guess and say that your problem is you have a Mac. Many people have been having this issue. Mac players have been having this issue since release. Not only does this affect the treasury, but it also affects the upgrades and decoration panel too.

Unable to use Guild Hall GUIs

Computer Specs: MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite, Version 10,10,5

Issue: I am unable to use almost any GUI relating to Guild Halls. This specifically affects the Guild Hall upgrades panel, the Guild Treasury, and the Decoration panel (The one where you change what decoration you’re currently placing. Not the one in the guild storage panel). I am able to open the GUIs, but can’t interact with them in any way. I can’t select anything, scroll through lists, or deposit items into the Guild Treasury. This problem make me unable to progress any guild halls, wether it be though ordering upgrades or contributing materials.

Map/location: Both Guild Halls and Guild Initiative Headquarters

Character Info: All of my characters (regardless of race or profession) are affected.

I have recently downloaded the GW2 client for my new Mac computer, and after starting the download, it reached 5% before the download speed suddenly plummeted till it hits 0. After waiting 15 minutes, it hadn’t resumed downloading, so I closed the client and opened it again. It would start of at about 2MB/sec, but suddenly dropped back down to 0 and wouldn’t resume. I’ve even re-installed the client, but only succeeded in reaching 7% before it failed once again. My internet connection is fine (I can download Steam games without issue.) and I have done everything that is suggested in the technical section of the forums I have searched almost everywhere and found nothing of help. If I can get any assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.
