Does using a rune set with proc effects “when using a heal skill” trigger with Ele staff 1 and 3 (water) or only skill #6?

A this point I’m sure they know. I also sold 10-15 items since last night and have nothing to show for it

Most likely it will re-open after Halloween (31st) and until end of the event. Way to procrastinate. I was in a hurricane and still got mine.

I sold my Mad Memories by mistake and by the time I realized it, it was too late. Is there going to be any way to get another copy? I tried retrieving all the pages again but it won’t let you turn them in again. Halp!
