At least you all did a decent job with the first Guild Wars games.

Please note we are welcoming players of any and all classes provided they can play at a competitive level on their preferred class and meet the additional requirements of the guild.

This thread is a trainwreck. But then again, so is DarkJean and Kyro.

+1 my guild has been in WvW since we accidentally walked through those portals in Lions Arch and we have never looked back. We always found ourselves outnumbered and we don’t really care to play with the rallybots on our server unless they gear up and hop in our teamspeak. We have only recently been involved in the GvG scene in the Bronze Tiers and are absolutely having a blast win or lose. We would love to opportunity to face guilds in higher tiers without having to dodge Overgrowth/Frostreach/Whatever blobs and having our guild being carried by cannon fire. To all of you in the GvG scene and on the forums, I love you all.

Anyone from BP not name dropping Monkey Shinez is just trolling, tbh. Evilzara and the others are good, but they don’t compare to the strategic depth that Monkey Shinez brings to our server. He is online 24/7 and nearly always in WvW, he is renown for his trebuchet mastery and next tier mortar v camp skills. BP stop name dropping your friends and name drop your lord and savior; #MonkeyIsBP

I really can’t mention the new good and great Monkey Shinez, without talking about the OG Commander of Borlis Pass; Arif Q. He was one if not THEE best commander on our server and he is sorely missed. One of the most polarizing and magnetic individuals he had a way of uniting an entire map (the whole server really) with one common goal. RIP Arif Q, Monkey Shinez will keep your seat warm until you return from the grave.

Aren’t Borlis Brawlers a GvG all star team? Don’t get me wrong, they’re definitely good. But, I heard they’re comprised of good players from different guilds.

That’s cool, but not as impressive as a normal guild group that plays together regularly.

No, not really. We have a handful decent players, majority of mediocre and some very subpar players. More often than not our driver is drunk, late or doesn’t have a kittening mouse. We never run together, we never practice; we just show up and kill kitten on gvg night. BB is open to pretty much anyone on BP who is capable of pressing buttons, has a level 80 character and has half a brain.

I’m probably going to hurt some feelings by saying this but I personally think that BB is pretty bad. I have no idea how we’ve managed to win all our GvGs aside from one against HOPE.

tl;dr we’re awful but you’re all trash.

Just to give you all an idea of how bad [BB] really is; they let me in the guild.

Despite the skill lag reset was fun on EBay BL.

This match-up thread is horrible. Lets spice it up.

Jynx is the best guild on all three servers.
Borlis Pass loves it some Super Badventure Box. SBI zombie hordes are boring. Yaks Bend is a pretty girl, wearing a pretty dress.

Jynx will gladly GvG any guild on an opposing server, but we only fight in odds of 1to3 so we have an excuse for our unavoidable loss. If you can muster 30-40+ people for a GvG and want to slaughter 10-15 uplevels please let me know. We might be willing to face a group of 15-20 as well, as long as you admit that you had superior numbers and used some form of hax, and that Jynx was the bravest and most formidable group on BP you have ever faced.

Oh and I almost forgot to post this, [Lost] guild got rolled so many times on our BL’s last night before the big hills push, by puggles. Aren’t they suppose to be like……good? lol :P. I have screenies of them running away from us, to no avail, got stomped. Will post em later, for giggles, when I am home from work. For all the crap they talk, I can’t say I have been impressed seeing them in action.

Well a few people from BP have been on here saying we should learn like they did, maybe they can help out a guy from a T8 server and share some tricks?

I would like to learn where to place AC’s outside the north inner gate of Hills to be able to hit like this. I have other pics taken before this where the AC’s followed me back all the way from the supply near the gate.

The circles tracked me back all the way from they supply which is a pretty huge field of fire.

Yeah the rule of thumb with arrow carts (and arrow cart mastery helps here immensely) is if you can see them you can shoot them. If you place an arrow cart right next to the door you can look through the top part of the door and shoot into where the defenders will try to build siege. As long as we kept you guys from getting siege up we could keep our pretty little arrow cart pew pewing at you guys all night.
