I commented on your video but it might help the community more here as well. suggest apothecary gear if you’re shout heals. I run 1445 condi dmg, 1k healing power, 3100 armor, 21k health and a constant 40% crit chance. I run the 4 shouts that heal for 2381 (Shrug it off).

A zerker guardian friend and I typically can take on twice our numbers or more and usually down most if not all depending on the situation. Very sturdy.

“Fear me” is such a nice thing to have vs Shadow Refuge or to interrupt stomps vs allies btw…

For official dueling I get 2nd sword and change 2 traits.

I switch to fear me sometimes but I’m not a fan of its cool down haha. That being said for certain duels and specific situations it makes way more sense than some other shouts. thanks for watching!

I’m still trying to figure out what build the guy was using- or what the best build would be with regards to using torment on warrior

I tried some stuff in the spvp mists but if anyone has some advice on build/ gear that would be great

(i might craft runes/sigils of torment just to raise crafting closer to 500 on some alts, have not bought recipes yet from the kessex hills vendor)

I run a condi build in this video and I’m pretty sure you were just experiencing sword 4. I do not use torment runes because shouts removing conditions (soldier runes) is just too clutch at the moment.. It is pretty easy to keep torment on most classes for more than half the fight. It is even easier if they have a torment skill to reflect. If I can land torment and then switch to longbow and land my other conditions even if my opponent is cleansing torment can get to 5 stacks in a hurry and is protected by my other condis. Hope this helps

Edit: good example of the torment is in the 1v1 with condi mes. At 5:29 I apply torment and you can see it ticking up to 5 stacks until it finally falls off at 5:49. This fight is sped up to 1.25x regular speed so that’s 25 seconds real time of torment from one application.

Yea I’m really enjoying the style…there are definitely stalemates sometimes when my can’t keep my conditions up, or fight a bunker kitting diamond skin ele lol. Thanks for the comments I’m glad it brought you back to the axe5 days lol

Let them have Tier 1. They may come to find it not to such a great prize after all. Look at the effect it had on SBI. We could flaunt our community then as well as SoR does now, but in the end it didnt have a lasting effect. I dont know the rivalry between TC and SoR but it seemed good natured up until this week. The score is more lopsided due to a server struck with a mass exodus, and a number of new guild’s flooding SoR for Tier 1 glory.

If TC wants to remain in Tier 2 for a matter of boasting, I would prepare more for upencomming servers such as Maguuma, Dragonbrand and that digusting entity that is Kaening. You guys are going to have your hands full with them focus on that, not holding SoR back.

For what its worth, aside from being outnumbered this was quite easy to stomach on the receiving end. It was almost refreshing to run around and just try to find fights, avoid zergs and not have to worry about PPT. I bet TC did the best when they did just that. Problem is, your starting to worry about it. The more you worry the more you will realize your only chance of Tier 1 is to bandwagon. Its not worth it.

Go back to respecting each other and being cordial. Save the vitriol for another match up. SoR will get plenty of it if they move up, and TC will get plenty of it when Maguuma and Kaening arrive. Neither of you should be lambasting each other, kitten I sound like a grandmother. Also, dont expect us to totally abandon the match next week, if we have 50 people playing again, well have 50 people holding atleast one tower. I refuse to let their be a blackout in primetime. Ogre’s watch is ours!

It seems to me that if this were to fully come to fruition, the T2 bracket could become amazing. TC aka tarnished desert, vs FA aka Isle of aspenwood, vs BG which neither server likes much! Talk about intense competition! I couldn’t imagine a matchup I’d enjoy more!

Either way BLNT wants to welcome all new arrivals to TC! Can’t wait to see you out there!

I strongly disagree with this thread. I have lots of fun taking in all the RP that occurs in WvW and I think there are plenty of RPers who want to experience all parts of the game…

Might also be worth noting that we were voted people’s favorite opponent (albeit a small survey), but nonetheless this just alludes to my previous statement about our fun and outgoing community!
