Why do people come on here and say things like my ticket number is 120906-xxxxxx and was submitted 10 days ago, or similar, when the first 6 digits is the date of the ticket :P

I’ve seen people posting on here from tickets only a day or two old.

How/when do I need to get/make a “Prioritized Ticket”?

I already have the one I made for my problem. Do I need to make another one?

Your ticket is only a day old. The instructions in this thread (first post) are to post here when your ticket is 5+ days old.

Ok, so here is the case of my brother who could regularly play with me from 3 day head-start and on one day, when he wanted to play again, he couldn’t login into game with those errors: 122:4:5:1270, 21:6:3:2114.
He opened his ticket on 09/06/2012 although problem occurred day before (he was waiting because as we may all know, there were constantly some problems). There was even answer to his issue but it was only auto-response which didn’t help him – he couldn’t disable auth because there was some error on recovery page after submiting.

So right now he can’t play. I can’t play with him. And there was no help from support (I won’t count “bots” as help because what they say can be found on support page or wiki).

Here is ticket number: 120906-010197 and please do something with it.

It’s past five days right now. No proper response. I will repost this each day to remind you about it.

…because you believe they only look at the newest posts or that this post becomes less visible over time and needs to become redundant?

I have been unable to log into my Guild Wars 1 account. I submitted a ticket and verification (Screenshot of Original Key with text of key in ticket, name of character on account, original email address for account. I’ve included the (non-confidential) text of the ticket below.


I’ve been unable to log in to Guild Wars 1 using the game client as I am given the error code 045. Upon logging in here there was no relevant ticket to appeal the process (as per forum and support recommendations). I haven’t played this game for a long time and have maybe logged in a handful of times in the last year. I have been trying to log into the account to restore my hall of monument items.
