Of all the things listed, I have an issue with people complaining about nightcapping. I used to be one of those people, then I stopped caring because I started to run dungeons more. Then People starting doing speed runs and exploiting stuff in said dungeons, then Anet slapped a Diminishing Returns code for speed runnings. You know what that means? People who want to run the same thing (back to back even), legimately get less and less tokens (and atm there is a bug in the code).

So tell me, what do you think Anet should do about nightcapping? Add a DR code to that too? Ban any EU group/player from joining NA servers? I used to scream that Anet to should just do that, ban those EU players!! Then I calmed down and thought, they play where they want if the game allows them to.

So there you go, people have the right to play any server, any day, and any time because the battlegrounds are like others here have said, open 24/7. Check your server’s website and see what people are doing, join their mumble or teamspeak or transfer. I think it’ll be unfair to the people who live in WvWvW to be whipped for playing it so much. I only play when my guild goes in and we retake and or defend, I earn karma, money and xp. That’s good enough, if you have nothing to take back, what’s the point playing? I’ve had a few times where my server actually is in the lead and they have everything, guess what? I didnt bother to play wvw cause there was nothing to do.

A lot of the conditions have short durations so the number of them up always falls off. Having numerous people applying conditions, even if the same one still is beneficial. At least this is how I see it.

Your account is bound to the server you pick. That means all your toons will be associated with your server.

Pfft I already spent 64k karma on the T3 staff to show someone what it looked like here on a similar thread, if I could use bows and had another 64k to spend i’d show you that too. lol.

I still don’t understand… My first run of the day/week and I got 30 tokens and 13 silver, second run I ran a little bit later, different route in TA and I got 6 tokens.

Not to mention myself and my group were previous hardcore raiders from many other mmo’s, once we understand the mechanics we gear appropriately, kill quickly and efficiently. I mean, we want to move on and do other things in this game, not sit in a dungeon for 2hrs+ to ensure we get our full rewards when we know we can naturally clear it in less than an hour. Your code is flawed it seems.

Oh man I thought mine was bad, I just finished my second one. Token reward was worse than the first run. I got 30 for the first one and 6 for my second completion, both were different routes. Only one guy in the group got the full 120 tokens for both runs, rest of us got little less. The sad part is when they fix this we wont be compensated for our lost efforts. I am afraid to run dungeons right now because of this.

Have you seen the legendary staff? Quite underwhelming, I still think it looks decent but it definitely doesn’t have the wow factor like the great swords.

Ok I didn’t orginally get what the OP was saying, but now I do. Apparently I didn’t realize that the second part of the graphic skin wasn’t showing in previews. Here’s the graphic of the T3 staff, it has a blue glass like orb graphic. Im assuming you’ll see the same blue glassy effect on the other weapons.

I’ve ran some of these dungeons already and I will tell you this, those dungeons can be/are stupid hard. I run with a set group of friends and we all beat these dungeons regardless but still, the reward for all this is the drive to have the tokens you get after each boss, exp mode that is. Story mode I agree should be a little easier for those who want to see the story, not farm the content.

However, I probably suggest asking what everyone in your group is specced for and maybe try to balance your group a little. One of my party members went all support and his heals and boons help us out SOOO much.

Oh yeah, I see people running around with those but never bothered to check where to get them. Hmm, I’m in WvW all the time and obtaining/spending a bunch of karma on one of those wouldn’t be so bad, however if I buy I’m going to buy a staff…if you don’t mind me posting one xD

No matter what, I am not leaving my necro. I tried the full condionmancer spec and felt it works well when I’m sitting in the back of my wvwvw group but 1v1? HAH no way. I did take on some players 1v1+a random mob but at that point I think the players were just bad. Currently I switched my spec from conditionmancer to vampiremancer. I think the health siphoning is too low, however just running around pve stuff I seem to take on 4 mobs at the same time with little issue using dagger/dagger and scepter/dagger at 0/10/0/30/30 with full berserker’s set (exotic).

(PvE dmg, haven’t gotten to try this in wvw yet so im not sure what i’ll see on players)

I see numbers going between 200-600 white dmg (?), Not in game atm but going off memory, and 1000-2.5k crits off other attacks from skills. DS gives me anywhere between 300-700 white dmg, 1000+ for crit. I’ve seen crits up to 3.2k but at this point I can’t remember if i saw this off DS or skills. I also do not use wells, I use Consume Conditions, Corrupt boon and Epidemic.

Again, never tried these in spvp or whatnot, so these are just strictly pve numbers. I still like conditionmancer but I don’t think I’ll be going back to that. And survivability is pooey even more so without my 30 into death magic.

I waited around one of my guildies while in WvW because I know when he drops a banner just to intentionally grab it. He ran around and said, wait, where’s my banner? It was a great lol moment (that and i always seem to get left behind our groups so it was OK for me to take his banner!!)

Anyways, I do know how annoying it is, I dont want to pick up other people’s banners and not to mention I just started lvling a warrior and I loathe when randoms I don’t know pick up my banner and run off with it! Anet has to do something about this.

Don’t think or know if this is a bug but here goes nothing; I like to resize my UI to itty bitty proportions. Well the “small” option under the graphics setting makes everything small which is fine, but…. when I open up the trading post all the words are hard to read. They aren’t resized to fit the new size of the UI properly. They get all small and smushed up.
