+200 Power While Health Below 50% does not work.
I have tested this out by letting mobs hit me till even death and I have seen no change in Power in the Hero Panel attributes.
Although the Vitality gain works it is still bugged nuff said….

Some of my guildies and I want race change, Im sure hundreds of people who dont look at the forums do too. We should have the option to change race after hitting level 80 and completing all personal story quests (complete Killing Zhaitan and Meet Destiny’s Edge at Fort Trinity.) As for cultural armors, Refund purchases and delete armor or people will have to just deal with it, just as if they bought bag slots on a character that’s deleted or purchased the wrong type of armor for their profession.

You have options to change gender/hairstyles and soon will have option to change character name. It shouldn’t be a commitment on race too. For example some want to change after finding out Asura dungeon armors dont look as good on them then Human dungeon armors do.

People who do not support this are not forced to use it.
So why be selfish and keep it from the ones who want it? People are willing to pay!

I’d also pay 800gems to 1500gemstotally agree with you,
Players would have to be in level 80, they would have to be finished with their personal story, racials would be refunded and cultural armor pieces would be replaced with culturals from the same tier but for your new race, (T3 Norn Heavy Chest becomes T3 Human Heavy Chest)
atleast that’s the most balanced solution, (according to me)
