Hi havent played gw2 for some time i see there were alot of patches since i was gone has the engineer changed(fixed) alot? Would want to know what is curretly best in terms of damage for PVE all info is helpful thank you in advance.

Condition builds are inherently damage over time. So I never recommend glass cannon with them.
Prec/tough/cond for p/p. or prec/vit/cond.p/p damage is not remotely pure cond damage. And you do gain from power, prec largely.
There are additional secondary effects as well. Retaliation. Static discharge. For example. These scale with power.
Any idea where to find such armors without spending endless amount of time on dungeon grinding?
Hi, I’m looking for items that have the following stats Precision/condition/(Toughness or vitality)on medium armor i heard there is such items but i cant find then in trading post, i’m also a priory member so the set of the orders of whisper is also out of the question unless i can switch orders which would be great.

I’m not a fan or nades or bombs so dont post replys with them.

Short qeustion is pistol/shield or pistol/pistol viable with power/precision/thougness stacking (knight based sets)?
I tested rifle and pistol/shield and i see strange number pistol did more dps with the above mentioned is it a bug or is this really viable?
