That’s a nice portrait / background combination you’ve picked out. Excellent work by the artist in bringing them to life.

I like playing a support character that enhances the people around me while being defensible on my own. I can appreciate the versatility that DH brings in terms of play-style damage, but I would have preferred something that made us better at the class the core guardian focused on.

And because they’re like a GW1 whammo. Who wouldn’t like that?

Receive the light would actually be more useful in most cases if it were rebranded healing fart and caused us to heal enemies behind us.

I say this because in most cases we are of best use on the front line.

Or just make it pulse an area around us like an aura.

Why we even have it to begin with and that others can see it doesn’t make sense. Beyond that I just don’t think it looks out of place in the game’s graphics. It would be nice to see it removed or at least an option added in to make it non-visible (not just to me, but seeing others as well).

I ran across “Leafer Smotherland”, a sylvari ranger. I’m not usually a big fan of the names based on a pun, but this one was worth a laugh.
