I can log in to the character select screen but at the loading screen the game crashes and says there was a server log in error. This was like all day now…Devs are not posting any info either? At least say something like " we are aware of the problem and working on it"…

Guys after reading the whole thread with every single post I must admit that i got a bit afraid to post a message here. But I see that all of you are experienced players not only in warrior class but almost all of them maybe all =)
I have a question that I’m not sure if I shall ask it in this thread but I am a casual player who likes to play GW2 and Warrior is my only character so far and haven’t played any other class as well. I intend to have fun for what I do in the game I run a couple of dungeons with Guildies spend time with friends etc.
To cut to the chase I want to ask any of you who can help me that what would you prefer to sacrifice : %15 overall damage with full adrenaline ? or %10 Crit damage ? I am running a fairly berserker warrior with Valkyrie stats as well to have a bit hp.

Power>prec>crit dmg

Also heigh focus is not crit dmg but crit chance

Nonono I know but my build is sorry for not mentioning but Strength 30 / Arms 20 / Tactics 20 atm and when I go with this build because of the loss in 10 points Tactics I loose %10 crit damage that’s what I tried to mean.

Seems to be fixed with today’s patch. Admittedly I only had a limited time to test, on about eight mobs with excessive dodging, but the auto-attack resumed after every dodge. Even noticed one time when I managed to dodge just as the auto-attack began, the auto-attack carried on through the dodge. Potentially exploitable. Didn’t have time to fill in a bug report though.

Interesting, it’s been like what now almost 2 months? I don’t want to say it but guess I need to try and live with this, but i must say that this is pretty annoying and my gaming experience and fun got shrinked can’t even do PvP or WvW anymore. It’s sad…

Warriors need a nerf and berserker gear also needs a big nerf

Any specific reason you might share with us? Maybe it will be more helpful even understandable rather then just saying “Nerf X class or Y armor” For your information though every class is able to use Berserker armor which i understand you are addressing every class or every player who prefer to play a Berserker build, yes?

I am pretty sure there are lots of problems that many people are not aware of in game wise but also we can’t expect the developers to fix everything at once, I told this before trust me it is not an easy task to fix something without effecting rather breaking other working mechanics of the game. Well at least Jon replied and said it is going to be fixed soon personally speaking i am grateful. Have fun in the game guys =)

The thing is here, is that we would have never gotten a reply if I hadnt been bugging the crap out of the CS department. I had to personally get Gaile to read my tickets just to get her to get in touch with the devs to tell them that a thread did exist even after they made a ridiculous claim that there had never been a thread. Thats what has me so annoyed atm. Had they of seen this thread when it started we would be near live with a fix given their ETA.

I get your point and believe me i share the same feelings and thanks to you that the Devs got aware of this tread but what i am saying is lets just give the guys some credit, they are working hard and is no easy task to keep track of thousands of players and bug reports =) but thanks for your efforts mate i appreciate.

Blizzard seems to do a pretty fine job at it, especially when it comes to combat breaking bugs. And they have twice if not more players and wayyyyyy more thread activity. So again there was no excuse for this to have been ignored for so long. The devs making a claim that this thread never existed was just more salt on the wounds because they apparently are not doing their job and reading threads like they say they are.

Well no further comments on my behalf, you got a point there which can not be denied.

Salahn Great job great effort mate thanks a lot. Don’t know if you already did but maybe you should attach the link or the video on a bug report or something? Don’t get me wrong maybe you already did I am just curious =) thanks again.

I say lets just give it some time guys, I am also frustrated about this matter but These small bugs are really not easy to fix sometimes…I am a game developer as well and it is pretty annoying to fix something, because while they are trying to fix one problem something else pops up and its like a chain reaction…Coding is no easy task guys patience is a virtue =) Have fun and Good Gaming to all of you GW2 Players!

I also posted a bug report and yes they said they are aware of the problem and keep checking this tread they will post here when it gets fixed =) have fun with GW2 guys.

Taegos my friend thank you for the update and for your effort. Time is not an issue as long as it gets fixed, also it is good to know that developers are aware of the posts that’s a relief.

I think or even I hope the developers are still working on the issue if this is a problem unless it was meant to be this way it will get fixed in due time.

Yes Yuuki auto attack is only working when you dodge using double tap and i think most of the players are turning double tapping off because it sometimes causes suicidal consequences when people are trying to climb up to reach on a vista. Not a good feeling to hop down from a 100 meters…

Furballs exactly i feel the same way but the thing i am wondering is if any of the developers are paying attention to this matter? I mean are there any operators who are reading these messages?

yep except double tapping to dodge anything cancels the auto attack action…hope it gets fixed soon (if it is a bug) if not hopefully they are gonna put an option to turn it on or off in the general gameplay settings, i don’t mind double tapping but using a hotkey to dodge is more comfortable on my behalf.

primary key set to my personal choice and the secondary binding is empty but still the same so far nothing changed wonder what am i missing btw my primary dodge key is “LALT” and default dodge key “V” is set to my healing skill.

i tried on my necromancer ranger and on my warrior all of them has the same problem after dodge cancels auto attack…

not sure if this is a bug or they made it on purpose so you won’t attack after you evade to lower the aggro on the mobs ? but then again it’s the same in pvp i think didn’t try it though…anyone had the same problem in pvp as well?

Same issue here. Whenever i dodge my auto attack is canceled and i need to click my 1 or any skill to continue auto attacking, don’t know if i am right but i am pretty sure that this didn’t happen 2 days ago.

indeed i am having the same problem and asked various players but they won’t seem to be aware or recognising the matter all i heard so far was “we don’t use auto attack”…well i do =/
