how come some people claim to get helped within 1 day? and some withoin several hours? why do they need 5 updates on how to entitle your post if they still seem to pick them at random?

I fell it to its killing me not being able to play my warrior but i must wait liek everyone else just give it a few days jsut kick back and relax before you know it you’ll have your account back and youll be able to play all the guild wars you want remember all the other games that had that awesome 1-24hour response time was also making an extra 15$ per person a month ANet doesnt get that motivation

normally i wouldnt mind waiting honest but i have waited really long for this game and when i heard the release day i couldnt be bumped more by the fact i only have time until 10 sept to play until i have to w8 another 16 weeks to play. so when you find out 10 are lost ude slow support you get reallykitten

And why not demand support? why not complain ? i paid alot of money and the company which i bought it froms states wel euhm sorry not our fault they cant manage your problem. so a refund is not a option else i would have gotten a new copy of the game.

And the whole point to my litle example is just a mere question wth are they doing that they mess up more worse then a blind man without legs in a nascar race? i know its a small company but the supp team of funcom and bioware were just as small and less then 1% of the players got hacked as far as i know so come on thats not a reason to completly fall apart now is it?

also made mu ticket on the 28th of agust only response they have givven me was a autoreply i made 5 tickets according to there guidelines on reddit which changed every day thats why i needed to do five only to close them the next day to redo it with the new daily guidelines.

Atm i have my ticket of the 28 still standing updated about 6 times(by me) with all the possible info they could ever need.

And just to give a litle example on how fast i had my average ticket resolved in other games (all also at the launch)

Swtor – 1 hour
Secret world 1-3 hours (best support i have ever encounterd you actually get a active and friendly support member or gm depending of login status and he will keep at it until your happy only to ask again anything else i can possibly do for u? and if thats possible at a launch why isnt it to respond in 10 days? )
Diablo 24-48 hours
wow 24-48 hours
Rift 24 hours
Warhammer AOR 2 hours
Guildwars 1 1 year back 8 hours
and now on my new ticket with most likely the same team it takes at least 220 hours and that is if it were to be resolved today. will we get it solved by christmas? if so tryphema you can wrap the game up again and give it as a christmas present aint that wonderfull.

So tell me how far does the extent of the phrase the team is swamped in tickets go? can i expect answers by christmas? if so

(btw before anyone asks why do you demand so much support in games? some people tend to attract problems at launch days of mmo’s and most tickets i made were for small issues which are currently not even done by the team att all just trown to the side)

They really pick there friggin tickets at random dont they??? i made all my issues with there litle guidelines of the day which they keep changing. -_- And on day 10 i still dont hear akittenthing

And echo yes this is worst support experience you can possibly get, no response, no heads-up just plain sillence. and all because they are swarmed with work? well then organize your work so that people dont have to wait 10 days whilst others wait 1-2 days and heck i saw a dude claim he was helped in 3 hours.

it just feels so sloppy this whole company so many minor things and 10 days for a ticket :O i even saw a dude with 12 days so i guess i aint in the worst possible situation(yet)

And ofc they are most likely working around the clock but they seem to struggle with their wotk.I wont pull conclusions (or atleast i wont state them because i have no right to do so) but this can be done better.

So many points can use improvement, and yes flames and rage comments might be harsh but some of them are actually right or atleast partially correct. And it might not be the constructive feedback most people desire but it will alarm them that there is room for plenty of improvements and they still have some working to do.

i just found some info! but no real info was givin by anet, only one sketchy post with nearly no info on the topic.

some other user i think he did get the support he asked for informed us of a list of info on what to include in ticket. Idid include thatin my tickets ! and seeming day 10 of the waiting game is about to start so i would really like more info on this topic and ofc i’d love to get a eta.

I entered a serials at 2 diffrent emails seeming i didnt see how to do it on one but as that was supposed to be done i now want my serial of the entire game placed on my good email adress which i have used for gw 1 aswell.

The email adresses account names and serial keys are all in the updated ticket.

really hope they start working on this soon i jsust cant understand why they keep saying they work on 3 day old tickets while they clearly forget many that were posted before that date even when they were made with there litle guidelines from the reddit page they still get ignored.

same issue same day i made the ticket no responses did read it was posible under certain circumstances although i have no idea what those are.

120828-009534 made on the 28th of august with also only the autoreply.
Im starting to think they dont know how to merge accounts or are not sure if disabling an account to give you the key again or anything likewise to solve it is possible.

And they are to shy/scared/lazy/rude/i dont know (fill that in yourself) to respond to us, and rather keep us in the dark just to annoy us so much to either quit or buy a new copy of the game which people are actually doing atm.
So it feels like we are being …………. here.

there defenitly is a diffrence in cost!!!!!
stores here sell the game for 42 euro check www.mediamarkt.nl and i bought the game for 55 euro so dont say there is no price diffrence when there is one. and a decent one aswell.

but seeming al i could do was play the headstart and not anymore after i most likely rendered myself immune to asking a compensation. but for those who didnt mess up the serials themself they have the right to demand it in my opinion!!!

This might just be a connection issue on your side and if it is its fixable dont worry about that

firewals off? can you maybe post a speedtest result here?
(based on the diagram they give you its possible to spot if you have certain package losses/drops which cause a tiny fluxuation in your connection speed but when the connection fals to a point of very very low or just shuts itself of the game might not recover from this spike. Ofc most games do recover fast but sometimes and when it happens alot they dont and can freeze or forceclose itself.)

things you also want to try when having intertnet probs are changing the connection port at your router. enable upnp(if avaiable) else look for nat setting and put these on open, or google port forwarding and see if you can figure that out with your router(can be pretty tricky depending on type router)

Info on your router and how to work magic with it is easy to find with google and if you cant either just study it your self or ask for help again here (btw u prolly know this but to acces your routers page type your routers IP in your adress balk you can find this ip at the network setting menu and then clicking on your connection which is marked blue (this is for windows 7 and vista) then its called IPv4 (most likely ) )

This ticket is getting pretty old and there are many statements your support is working on issues of 3 days and less but why isnt this adressed? i have also made a ticket at 31th of august with no response the 2nd of sept without a response and today i made one aswell.

all according to the guidelines on how to make/describe the tickets that were givin at that period of time (saying it like that because the way the were supposed to be called or described was changed 4 times) i am really unclear on which tickets i have to keep and which to close i try to close as many as posible to not swarm you with tickets but im not sure on which to keep or delete.

Btw my issue in short is an account split over 2 emails the good email has the pre code and the bad one has the real. what am i supposed to do meanwhile i was farming a bit of copper and wood for my mains crafting on this alt account with a temp alt char but should i keep the account empty? hope so because i figured as much and just deleted a lvl 22 miner :S can you please shed some light on ths.

P.S. Anyone else had this sort of issue was it resolved? still waiting? or bought a new copy of the game? please let me know

was thinking about buying a new copy aswell but then thinking do they deserve me buying it again?? no they dont not if they cant even respond to you at any of the possible ways of communication. this is day 9 of the issue and your post with the reaction is the first i have ever seen or heard about it its anoying.

so i decided to wait it out even though support seems to have lost my tickets i’m waiting and making use of the 55 euro i spend on this game instead of giving it to them again i want something in return first.
