Out of buttons?
1, 2, 3, Q, E, 4, 5, R, F, ^, T, Alt + 1 2 3 Q E 4 5 R , additional mousebuttons + 3-12, eventually F3, F4, additional keys like on a Logitech G15 give another 2 easily reachable keys.
Makes 20+ keys ^^ that’s more than enough for GW2 ;>
Edit:
I can see something coming:
no you don’t need Q E to strafe, put strafe on A and D, no good player ever uses this crap called “keyturning” anyway. You can also put the “loot/pickup” from F somewhere else. I have it on a thumbbutton on my mouse, just like dodge, since it’s way more comfortable if I have to pick up f.e. the healing turret infight. Also having weaponswap on your mouse is worth a lot.
Good day

:< I expected some more ppl to contribute to this thread, so I’ll try again and bring it all the way up
discuss!..
..and make arenanet aware of your thoughts about their flawed targeting system.
Hey fellow Gw2 players,
I’ll start right away with my own opinion:
Targeting in gw2 lacks so much!..
If I target something, I want it to be highlighted like hell.
If I press TAB to target something, I want the targeting take the vertical centerline of my screen as reference to make it a fast combination of mouse and quicktargeting (and not target something on the outer line of my screen when my foe is right in front of me).
- Keyturners, please don’t comment on this one -
Also, with TAB-targeting, I don’t want to target f***ing pets, siege, destroyable objects or any stuff like that (at least not if anything of higher priority is around).. If I really have to target such things, this time, I can really do it with my mouse.
.. and then: no one wants to autotarget an escape leap with for example GS3 on the guard 180° backwards (I’ve seen this sooo many times), so make autotarget (this should just work like the TAB-targeting, which I suggested) work only forward.
Now I hear you saying: “Just deactivate AT”. Sure, I do that when I switch from my Engineer, on which AT is quite useful against thieves for example, to any melee class..
But it doesn’t work in an enjoyable, comfortable way – thats my opinion.
PS: If nametags would scale in size, it would be way easier to judge the position of opposing players or mobs on land, and especially under water. (Might decrease the performance though and cause lags??)
What do you think? Should they change something, or is it just OK the way we have it now?
How hard can it be to bring back at least world 1 and 2??? Takes them a few minutes… but even that seems to be too much -.- screw you :<
You HAVE to bring back the SAB!!! YOU HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!
