This armor looks terrible.

Every now in then.. probably 3 times in a few hours my games sound goes out and makes a really weird noise. It continues to let me play for 5-10 minutes then locks up. Just recently started doing this. Not sure what to do.

My badly geared mesmer… but I sure do look cool! =D

I’ve seen a few concept drawings of different kinds of capes, but I’ve never heard anet talk about adding them other than when the game was in beta… I’m just curious if they are planning to add them or if it’s for sure they’re not. Are they having issues with them?

Did they give a time when the update would happen? I know on the 22nd, but it is the 22nd lol.

They did it in guild wars 1, so they obviously have the know how…

Lol yeah.. the human dance is the party rock song… i’ve just been drinkin a bit and was laughin my butt off to him dancing.. would be hilarious.

If you guys are ever releasing an expansion with a new race I beg of that you make their /dance GANGAM STYLE!

Not sure how often this has been brought up, but I couldn’t find any info about it even on google lol.

I was just wondering what the deal was with capes? All I found out is that it used to be in beta, but that I’m not even 100% sure on. Apparently when you created a guardian you had a choice between shoulders, helm, or cape instead of helm, shoulder, shoulder…

Then i heard they removed it due to clipping issues, but it would be implemented again. Rumor had it(haha) that it would be Oct 1st, but obviously not lol. Not mad just curious.

The capes were awesome in GW1, so I don’t see why they wouldn’t be able to do it like 6 years later lol. I really hope they bring it back though!

It wasn’t even 5 minutes long.. I really don’t see a problem here. Besides being in an event and being D/C, but it’ll be alright. At least their updates aren’t 10 hours long(WoW)

Did we get capes?!?!

I don’t understand either. There is a number of speed boost abailities and you can fast travel nearly everywhere, but still it’s an MMO and should have mounts. There has actually been quite a few times when I was running to do my story quest which took me from the sylvari area to the human area and I’m just like my lord… you need mounts! Plus with the graphics and art design they’d be epic lol. Hope they add it later along with capes!

Yeah I can understand that… but there’s many people that when asking for help are just like “No, I’ve done it before and don’t feel like doing it again.” WELL okay then.. might as well take group events out if people only do them once.

It is NOT possible for the community to role play on non roleplaying servers. Too many people hate it and will have nothing to do with it, or even insult and make fun of people for doing it which will completely take you out of character. I find it quite odd to have a massively mulitplayer ROLEPLAYING game without roleplaying servers.. I personally don’t use them, but support and understand the concerns of people that do.

I do agree with you.. I’ve caught myself countless times attempting to solo “group events” because nobody will help… although there is people using the chat I just don’t see anyone… One thing they need to do which Rift did quite well I believe is make the events difficulty based on how many people are in a certain radius of an event… so there isn’t only 2 people standing trying to convince people to come help. Would help a lot. Also, the community needs to not be so greedy… people do NOT like to help. If they’ve done it before than they don’t want to do it again. I’ve had multiple people tell me this in chat when I asked for help. Kinda sad, but obviously we’ve inherited more WoW players than I expected. GW1 players are GREAT and very helpful though.

Just wanted to say how amazing this game is, and that the devs have done an excellent job. The game has only been out for a month now and I’m thoroughly impressed. Although there is a few MINOR thing in my book that needs fixed, but no worries because they have already been addressed by a great team that takes the communities concerns and requests into mind unlike most other MMOs. This is the most beautiful, innovative, fun, exciting game that I’ve ever played… not just in the MMO genre. Love you guys.. great job and keep up the good work! Get the capes back in there! =)

It’s not just the servers. I can’t even log in on the launcher.

I slightly agree with him, BUT I played WoW when it first released and the dungeons were not nothing special then. They’ve had like 8 years or tweaking and building… this game has been out for a month. It’s an MMO… it will develop over time, and they’re already addressing the complaints about the dungeons and end game.. just give it some time.

You just go ahead and cancel your subscription then! Oh wait… you can’t “quit” guild wars. It’s there forever. WIN.

Well on the twitter feed it said maintenance was over 2 hours ago so I don’t know.. thanks though.

Is there somewhere I can go to see the expected downtime? I can’t seem to find it, and it’s not in the patch notes.

Hey all… I was just wondering if anyone else is having or had an issue with accessing the cash shop/trading post/or anything under that section… when I bring it up all of the tabs it says ERROR: Invalid Authorization… I’ve relogged/relaunched, and I don’t have an e-mail to verify my account… plus I’ve purchased things from the cash shop so it has worked a few hours ago… please help.

I had made a Sylvari with a green glow, and got to level 5 then all of the sudden I started glowing pink even during the day. I’m not okay with this because I hate pink =P I sent a report with a screen but I don’t know how often those get checked out. If anyone has any tips to fix this or has had this problem before it would be nice to know. Thanks!
