As noted in your other thread, the CS Team is inundated right now, and responses are slower than usual. This happens whenever there is a new big Release, or a major change to the game. Just an unfortunate by-product of no-subscription fees.

I have had a support ticket in since last week but no response…Does it usually take this long?
Not sure, but I’ve had a support ticket for an achievement reward I destroyed and couldn’t get back take about 3-4 days.
If you’re a new player you should probably just take the time to level to 80 again. It doesn’t take too long and you might pick up some new tricks along the way.
I just don’t want to lose those boosts, because I have to move servers my whole guild is waiting on me and the transfer did not work, my account cannot login for a support ticket because I am in some kind of loop, I login to my account and go to support and it asks me to login, so I do and it puts me in my account where I hit support and it asks me to login which puts me in my account…..so I had to make the ticket anomalously.
also when I got the automated email from support it had the wrong username on it….7 days ago I created an account bought both expansions and here I am still not playing.
I just have a feeling after all this I transfer and the boosts and my mini pets will be gone.

I bought the expansions but selected the wrong server that all my friends are on, so now I am waiting for the 6 days, if I delete the character to move will it delete the level 80 boost in the shared slot.
Someone said all bank stuff will be there but I can’t move it to the bank.
Wow still no word from support on any of my issues….
I was able to get a ticket through last week anonymously.
Here’s hoping it is fixed today…

I created my account and bought both expansions but am having some bad issues. I created the ticket and received the email that says they will get to it as soon as possible, but the username “Name.1234” is not mine nor what I have on my account that I just made.
So now I worry if it will get fixed. I guess I just cross my fingers and wait.
If you reply to the e-mail you received in relation to this ticket, you can update to include more information, or ask for an update on the situation. In the meantime, if you share your ticket (incident) number, I will see if I can look at it, although it will require CS to address it.
(6501042: Server Transfer) Could you tell them I stall can’t login to create a ticket on my account, I am in some kind of loop.
Ah I see what they did, so I can turn my sunrise and twilight into Eternity….awesome my old stuff does not go to waste, I like it!
On my old account our guild had made a bunch of them for guildies but then we left the game and they are on my account so they must still have value?

I have recently returned to the game and I remember years ago after the game launched they had these top weapons that you had to do a bunch of stuff for to get, one was called Twilight I believe, as I said this was a long time ago so don’t laugh.
I was wondering if they continued to add that type of top tier weapons in the updates and into the expansion and if so what are they called?
You mean lvl 80 boost?
You dont get any crafting or gathering, whatever that means.
It just makes your character lvl 80 and gives you some goodies to get you started that’s about it.You get a chest of exotic gear and weapons which you can select stats on.
Are those weapons like Twilight still a thing? They were end game weapons a few years back when I played, I suppose by now they have a new type.
Sadly with the level 80 boost for the Guardian you don’t even get a two handed sword which is what I like to play, they give you a harry potter wand

Sounds good….than using the 80 boost does not seem like what I would do….because if I level my crafting harvesting etc. then I would be level 80 anyways just from that xp, but in the end I would have the crafting and harvesting, something I would do after boosting anyway.
I read info on the boost but it does not mention anything about crafting or gathering, do those boost as well and what about older waypoints and do you start with any karma?
For fractal groups what is more desired, guardian or warrior or does it not matter?
Hmm. I would certainly reply to that email, and inform them of that information.

Thank you, it is just that it says it will take longer to process ticket if not logged in and right now I can’t play till I get something fixed.
I login to my account and hit support, it asks me to login before I can make a ticket, so I login again and it takes me to my account page where I hit support and guess what it asks me to login so I do and guess what, it takes me back to my account page????
Is this a bug or a feature?
