Guild Wars 2

My wife and I just finished up our GW2 cosplay for PAX West, hopefully we’ll see you guys at the party this year!

Every year, my wife and I like to do a couples’ cosplay for PAX Prime (or West now, I guess). This year, we decided we wanted full-body, elaborate cosplay, and what better place to draw some inspiration from than Guild Wars 2? We had to take these pictures for the Twitch cosplay contest anyway, so I figured I’d share them here. One day, we’ll learn how to take actual good pictures…

My wife and I are Bay Area gamers, and we’ve been talking about doing a Guild Wars 2 stream of the entire leveling experience. It looks like TwitchCon would be a great place for us to get started. Plus, we’ll wear our GW2 quaggan and/or panda hats both days.

Still an issue in game. The last 2 days in a row I’ve run a scale 50, gotten the reward, then a 40 and gotten nothing. Was the only one in the party to not receive a reward, and (at least on 3/25/2015) was the only one running my 2nd fractal of the day. Anyone else still running into this?
