This is an aura item that I actually want but none have dropped in months now. I find it very unlikely people are hoarding them when buy orders are upwards of 8kg. How did the drop rate of this item go from rare to none at all with a patch that had nothing to do with TD?

Thegren Topjaw does not sell Black Powder in order to make the Confetti Pouches to finish the collection.

So I am not sure if I am just the most unlucky person in the game when it comes to getting these events to work but so far I have had problems completing the Bolt and Quip collections because of an event. Explorer Loana is just straight up bugged. I have gotten that even to spawn and finished it several times and she has no talk option ever. Then with the Quip collection I am having trouble getting the point and laugh at Gort the giant part. The event for the ettins to take his home never seems to spawn.

Is anyone else having this problem or am I just really that unlucky?

I have been at this event numerous times throughout the day on 3 different servers each day and the event has either just ended and bugged out when I come on or is broken perhaps. I have not seen her move from that spot near the Hero Point and she has no dialouge options at all. If anyone knows how to either get this event going or can confirm that it is broken please help because it is getting frustrating at this point.

My story instance is bugged out. It is stuck on the last part of the first mission in order to get into Verdant Brink and it will not let me back into the instance nor will it let me into Verdant Brink on my thief.
