I’m a pretty experienced player, I’ve been playing since beta 2012, and I’m leveling an engie. I’m around 34-35ish, and I’m totally down for partying up with yall. Just add Kodac.1824 . I’m on at random times depending on work, but I’ll do my best for 8:30 cst tonight!

im a 31 human mesmer and my friend is a lvl 10-12 necromancer. if u want to run with us tonight, we should be on around 8:30 central time. just send a party request or friend request to XxReddragonxX.8032.
when u make another character, u have to start over at lvl 1 for that character. your old character will stay at whatever lvl u left it off at.
im not a lvl 80 but i will say this, u get 5 character spots at least. try one and see if you like it. if not, then just make a different one and go with that. if u want to run with us, im helping a friend lvl up tonight if your interested in joining us.
reading this made me take another look at my build. currently im running a 31 mesmer and just unlocked my elite skill slot. When i fight, i dont shatter my clones, i just let them attack and i attack with them. On that note, i believe the trick is to have good weapons and skills to complement that style of fighting as well.
i agree with what your saying but the shatter skill is a one time thing, it cannot be that hard to make new clones after you shatter them.
How long ago did you make your ticket? The first auto response should be fast, but sometimes can take longer.
i submitted a ticket request this morning. this was several hours ago and i still havent heard from them yet. not even the confirmation that my request was sent.

i got the mail from them with the armor skin, and then it just disappeared. why that is i dont know. if i dont figure it out soon or hear from them, i might just buy another set and be done with it.
Well, I wouldn’t buy right way. Give them a couple of days to look it over and see what happened. If it disappeared they can send you another.

That would be the Wardrobe. As noted above, all skins are available to peruse in the Bank Wardrobe.
If, after a careful search of your Personal Bank Inventory (not the Wardrobe), and each character’s inventory, you fail to find the missing container (with skins)/skins, you can contact the CS Team for assistance.

thanks man, i went ahead and submitted a request to the cs team and let them know what might have happened. when i get home tonight, im going to check again and make sure i just didnt overlook them. Im still waiting to see what they will say. how long do they take to get back to you and how do they communicate?

i went to lion’s arc, talked to the bank guy, and there was a 3rd option called wardrobe, i searched for my recently purchased skin, and the whole set is greyed out. should i do a support case?
If you haven’t unlocked it it will be greyed out in Wardrobe. Go to your actual bank items and type “Incarnate” in the search window. If it’s there, you’ll see it. You can also type “Incarnate” in your personal inventory search.
The process is:
Buy skin in Gem Store.
Receive mail from ANet with item attached.
Take item from mail, it goes into your inventory on the alt you’re on.
Item is moveable from alt to bank, from bank to alt, though not to other players.
Incarnate is a set. You have to double click it to get the six pieces (make sure you have room in your bag). Then the pieces can be banked or used.
Double click an armor piece skin to apply to what you are wearing. This is a free transmute that uses up the skin. So do it on the alt you want to have it while wearing the armor you want to change.
OR right click (I think) and Add to Wardrobe. This uses up the skin without changing any armor and puts it in the Wardrobe for later use via transmute charges.I don’t know if you could have deleted a mail containing items without a warning message because I never do that, I am obsessive about not deleting things or alts until I’ve stripped them bare of everything.
Anyway, retrace your steps in light of the above process and see if you find where your skin set went.

It shows it in the Bank Inventory, or it shows it in the Bank Wardrobe?

i went to the bank guy on lion’s arch and seen it there.
i wasnt near the bank when i bought it but i went to the bank and it shows the incarnate skin but its shaded out instead of being available to click on

how do u unlock a skin that was purchased in the gem store?
hi, i had just bought the incarnate (i think im spelling this correctly) light armor skin. it looks cool but when i bought it and went to the bank to equip it, i couldnt equip the skin. I was wondering if there is any kind of level requirements to use armor skins or if there is something else i have to do first so that i can use it. I bought the trans stones as well so i could use it but for some reason, the option to equip that armor skin isnt avaliable. im a lvl 29 human mesmer. Any kind of help is appreciated. thanks in advance.
