This is hardly fair for a competitive game mode.
Solos should never fight premades.
What is the point of an individual position leaderboard if people are using premades to climb it?

Evan,
since you are replying to this thread.
What about getting d/c and reconnecting back? Why isn’t there a grace period to reconnect for genuine problems like client/computer crashing (on a side note it’s been reported that the ESL software used during the Pro League causes the game to crash sometimes) or thunderstorms affecting power etc?
According to the wiki http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Dishonorable and I qoute “Disconnecting, relogging, or changing characters during a match does not grant dishonorable, with some exceptions
Being kicked by AFK detection automatically
Being absent from a match when the match has ended”
I had a d/c, reconnected and finished the match but still got hit with dishonor. Is the dishonor system actually working correctly?

They should just make the contents of the chest of the mist into a wallet currency and be done with it.
Every birthday so far each of my veteran characters gets an instant level to 20 or 30 new character only xp scroll . Then there is the level 20 exotic armor chest you get when you finish a character’s persnal story.
ANet are positively encouraging you to make alts and then you get stuff like this – a soulbound chest of the mist that is the reward for leveling up an account based WvW mastery.
So make up your minds ANet, is GW2 meant to be alt friendly or not?

Already done that, there’s very little dust.
I can run games that use graphics and CPU intensive Crysis 3 engine all day long (a fairly stable 68 degrees) without worrying about being able to fry eggs on my CPU but not GW2 where the temperature climbs to the 80s and then suddenly rockets pass 90 after a short while …

Ever since the culling patch I have been experiencing severe heating issues while running GW2.
CPU temperature goes up more than 35 degrees celsius while running GW2. No other game, not even flight sims has ever caused the CPU temperature to reach mid 90s.
I’ve tried setting everything to low, even updated drivers to the latest beta version but it still keeps overheating.
