I was thinking that it would be fun to have available a tonic that would give us temporary usage of the 3 Zephyrite Aspects (Sun, Wind, & Lightning). Have it work just like any other tonic, cannot be used in combat, and getting hit by a foe would end the tonic’s effect. The skills could be available for maybe 5 minutes only, still with the 10 use limit for each aspect. A cooldown could be used as well, just like the Ogre Pet Whistle to prevent abuse.
Drawbacks to this however, would be that it would make many Jumping Puzzles far too easy. Maybe lessen the duration to 1 or 2 minutes?
Thoughts?
Currently, as zMajc mentioned, Battle for LA is the best to level up. But that is ending tomorrow.
I wanted to add, for future reference, the single best place I ever found to level fast was in the Labyrinth at Halloween. I created two toons and leveled both to 80 in there by stacking all the XP boosters onto them and just ran with the farming train. Tons of T5 & T6 mat drops, more candy corn than I could count.
Pretty much any of these LS events that level you to 80 to be able to participate will do the same – I bet there will be more in the coming months as well.
I also would not rule out just playing the game – I have leveled 4 characters by doing quests, hearts, etc., its fun to redo many of the hearts (some are a PITA) and I like to challenge myself by getting map completion.
I would like to join up as well. I’d love to get my first Teq kill and also be a part of future boss kills when they are released!
I have also experienced this. Blackgate server. If I guest to another server, it is not bugged.
Go to Harathi Hinterlands, repeatedly run the event chain Seraph Assault on Centaur Camps, collect all the Supply Bags (contain Cotton) the centaurs drop, salvage all the white armors for cotton as well, sell blues & greens, gain XP and $$!
I run the prezzies with my warrior – I pop Dolyak signet, open the gift, spam F until i get the gift, and run away if the evil dolls appear. I can usually take out the Ventari or Skritt if they pop, but not those little “princesses”
silly question, but are you standing at the cook station or the artificer station?
Can a salvage kit be used on a bag to recover the rune of holding from it? Thanks!
…or have this NPC be in Lion’s Arch and run a mission/shelter. You donate food to him to feed the needy and you gain karma for each donation.
Just for gits and shiggles, I have been saving my dandelions for future wine making! Once I get a full stack I’ll stop. Ya never know…
