It seems like a fair amount of people play WvW from what I see. I don’t understand their lack of interest in doing anything meaningful for WvW.
How is this even fun for you IoJ? It’s 7 in the morning and you are capping everything against our skeleton morning crew. So far this whole matchup is battle of the night crews and who has more oceanics. You’re “prime-time” can’t take a fully upgraded keep from us so why not let your oceanics do the heavy lifting when they have hardly any opposition.
Normally our commanders will calculate how many people your side has and how many people we have. Then for e-honor they ask the number of people we exceed your side to sit out but…people just wont listen.
Suggestion: Please prevent a blocked player from seeing the text you type (rather then just the text he/she types) and prevent that player from seeing your tag if you are a commander.
On my server we are plagued by a spy. It’s incredibly obvious: he logs into the starting point, never moves, and everywhere we go Zergs show up at the same time or even before we get there so. He will have no information if a commander in charge can block him. Of course he can still move around with the zerg and report but we have at least forced someone to actually play him rather then allowing an enemy player to play on his own side while spying.
The biggest downside to this I can see is commanders being a little too paranoid and overusing it. I think the system still works though because if you block someone and keep having issues it’s an indication you were wrong. Furthermore commanders that get too paranoid become the ones people don’t follow, and the more rational ones get those followers.
BTW, I fully support making other builds viable like Pistol thieves…if you just nerf the overpowered builds.
You can all rationalize it as much as you want. Thieves need nerfing period. I have “L2P” against every class…except thieves. And it’s not because you are all amazingly talented players. It is because you NEED TO BE NERFED.
It’s been a while since I’ve done any programming in php. What would a simple php request (that then puts the request into a string) for say the events.json look like?
How about a java servlet version of that?
