Same problem as above, I’m an officer and we have a guild bank, emblem and armorer contract. I have access to those features in my rank but the guild bank npc tells me we don’t have one and the armorer tells me my rank doesn’t have access. Emblem shows fine in guild panel. Also, I can’t claim anything in WvW, though there’s no error dialog from the npc (neither that we already have claimed something nor that my rank can’t claim)

Problem seems to have fixed itself, after zoning to Lion’s Arch from Divinity’s Reach (where it didn’t work) it works again. Although I already had the problem in Lion’s Arch a couple of days ago too.

I don’t know what you mean by perfect jewels, there are only exquisite ones with which you can build level 80 exotic jewelry.

Anything else is probably a mystic forge recipe or still in a database on a site but has been removed from the game.

An option to set an alternative text language for the control key to display when playing the game in english with english windows.

To clarify:
I’m german and I play on a german server, with the client set to english and have windows in english.
I prefer english and I would like to have an easy way to switch to german temporarily with the control key for convenience (as you can when you have german windows and play the game in english).
At the moment it only works from other -> english or from english -> your windows locale, so for me it does nothing.
