Bugged ways, probably.
Today, before WvW reset, I have thrown almost 80 rare staves in the Mystic Forge and I’ve obtained 6 exotic. My server was in the 1st position and I had high World bonuses, included Artisan bonus (which increases the chance of crafting critical success).
After WvW reset, I have thrown 100 rare staves in the MF but I haven’t obtained any exotic.
Is it only RNG in action or does Artisan increase even the exotics drop rate?

How many Guild Commendations can you obtain in a week with all missions unlocked?
Why did this have changed? I’d like to know how a sort of arachnid, bound to the ground, can make sense as an embodiment of the air element.

After the Gathering Storm patch, what should we do with ascended trinkets?
Is it a solid choice going full Celestial (+ all stats) rings, earrings and amulet, considering the buff they received to all stats?

I always thought the warrior was the class with the best health pool and the best armor…
He’s actually right, average zerker warrior spends a vast amount on time on the floor or is using life-stealing food to compensate for health loss.
A good portion of the problem can be solved nerfing Omnomberry Pies to the ground. They should reduce the proc rate, or halve the amount of health gained, or add an internal cooldown for the procs of at least 10 seconds.
Food should provide a little help, not the ability to go solo and outlast challenges designed for a full group.

I’m using a survival build like yours and I have some trouble in choosing the ascended rings, since there are no rings centered on healing power.
Which couple of rings do you suggest me to pick?
Royal Signet of Doric + Lost Seal of Usoku (PTV seems always a solid choice, but is +1360 hp enough to compensate the decrease of healing power?)
Solaria + Lunaria (a little bit of everything, but is it too “little”?)
Seal of the Khan-Ur + Mellaggan’s Whorl (the only rings with healing power, besides Solaria/Lunaria, but +100 Precision seems out of place in my build)
Ralena’s Band + Vassar’s Band (huge bonus to condition damage, good toughness, decent vitality, but +36 Precision seems a complete waste of stats)

Do you know Earth dmg skills are heavily based on condition dmg?
The idea of switching bonus attributes between Earth and Arcana is nonsense.
Debris Tornado (Skill 3 on Tornado Form) produces a knockback on contact with 120 range.
Simple contact with a Tornado produces a blowout with 600 range.
The first effect seems to be a worse version of the second one, which is also included in the basic features of the Tornado.
Why should I use Skill 3?

I suppose RTL changes are a buggy consequence of this:
- Elementalists will no longer get into a state where they aren’t attuned to any element. This commonly results in the player’s skillbar being empty.
Yes because, you know, every ele’s build that almost works is unintended.
And consider there is also the possibility that eventually you’ll get a ring, but with stats without any use for your class or your build…
Two Superior Runes of Sanctuary give 15 vitality / 20% frozen duration, not boon duration.
