My client crashed right at the end of Prisoners of the Dragon (‘unable to access login server at this time’). During a cut scene… And because I was the instance owner all party members got kicked out.

Gotta say Anet, full marks for HoT content, but the performance leaves a whole lot to be desired. I’ve never had my game crash this often before.

I am having the exact same issue with linking (weird serial number and all) so this bug is still ongoing. Like others in this thread, I have different email addresses linked to my GW1 and GW2 accounts, so that may be the cause of the issue.

In any case, I’ve submitted a ticket, so fingers crossed it’ll be sorted soon!

Yeah, this achievement ‘lock’ is incredibly frustrating. If players manage to do it the first run without dying, why should they not be allowed the reward for doing exactly that?

I understanding locking out content, such as at Halloween, where you needed to have done a specific instance to access a story-based achievement, but this is an achievement that could be done on the first run, with no prerequisites. To me, it just seems like a lazy attempt to make the content appear longer. You can do better ANet!

The puppy needs to be able to roll over on its back and have hearts come off it, like the fern hound puppies at the heart in Caledon. I wanted one of those as a mini pet soooo badly.

Is there any chance you might add an Endless Mystery Dog Tonic to the game, as a Laurel alternative to the Cat Tonic? There are already many dogs in the game which you could include:

- Sylvari Fernhound
- Krytan Drakehound
- Rock Dog
- Fern Puppy
- Wolf
- Alpine Wolf
- Hound of Balthazar
- Hyena
- Bee Dog (!)

And a variety of other dog (and puppy!!) types could be added too!

I’m sure the dog people of Tyria would be very grateful for a new tonic!

While I do see your point, I wonder why ANet doesn’t publicise their Twitter based offers more widely, if drawing people in to their social media was the intention?

Huh, I was completely unaware of this sale until now. Does anyone know if it was advertised at all outside of Twitter? Are these kinds of ‘limited supply’ sales a common occurrence?

The limited stock seems bizarre to me. Surely ANet (which is after all a business and needs to make money) sells far more Salvage Kits etc when they are at a reduced price? Why not do it on a 24 hour timer? We’ve all seen the huge gem spikes that take place when they put a genuinely valuable item on sale (eg: character expansion slots in January). What is the advantage of putting a finite number on sale to an international audience who will not all see the announcement at the same time?

Crash you are totally right that they should have learnt from Lost Shores how much privileging one time zone over another gets people rather wound up!

My guild recently unlocked our own guild armour, and as the medium and heavy wearers rushed to add the new armour skins to their characters, I was gutted to see the the light armour for my main (f ele sylvari) is kinda, well… rubbish.

I don’t know how the same designers of all the other ornate, intricate armours in the game devised something so disappointing. Despite my trawling forums to look at alternative leggings (since my current embroidered ones do not in any way go with the blocky, plain guild top), I have not found anything that works with the odd ‘go-faster’ stripes down the side.

I’m sure I can’t be the only light armour wearer to have encountered this, and I was wondering if anyone managed to find anything that didn’t look utterly attrocious. I would really love to display my guild armour with pride – any suggestions?
