I find the importance of forming a party is not for loot, it’s for if you get disconnected during a fight. When you log back in to that character, you should be able to join your group on the same map.

I was actually able to buy gems after the update Tuesday. Thanks for your help, Gaile!

And why should I bother trying now. Was unable to buy gems for the discounted character slot before the sale ended. Guess I missed my chance. sigh
And the reply from support wasn’t much help either. “Try with a verified card (mine is, always has worked. same card, bought gems with it on Tuesday) or use Paypal (which we all know is having problems right now).” Oh well… maybe next anniversary.

I was using my credit card. I’ve read the other threads similar to this and am keeping an eye on my bank account. I just tried again, and I am still having this same message pop up, and none of the transactions from last night completed, either.

Same here. Would really like one of those discounted character slots before they go away. I was able to purchase the Ceremonial outfit when it came out on Tuesday. Haven’t tried since then until today. Logged in and out, didn’t fix. Help!!

I’m in the Urmaug’s Secret JP right now, and just finished Troll’s End. I didn’t get credit for either.

I just tried to refine some iron ore for my dailies… the number of ore I had didn’t change, the daily percentage didn’t increase, and I couldn’t cancel the crafting process… This is after the update that I downloaded at about 9:30pm EST.
Is anyone else having similar issues?

EDIT: apparently I was just having issues with armorsmithing? I went over to a weaponsmithing station and was able to refine them just fine.
