Guild Wars 2

A bunch of people have posted about the black screen with the cursor but nobodys answered. I need an answer! I meet all the requirements but my computer is a 2010 version. All I get is a black screen after i click play. I have downloaded it twice with the same result both times. My friend downloaded it as well on a newer mac and it seems to be running fine for him. I have restarted my computer after each download and checked for updates both times.

I really need an answer otherwise I’m just going to have to ask for a refund because this is just ridiculous.

Im having the same issue as you. I have tried everything I can think of. I put my message out on the forums as well but you should message me if you get an answer. Also…did you have the small white blank screen pop up first but then go away?

I load the game…type in my account name and password then click play and get a black screen but where my cursor should be it seems like the in game cursor. I tried restarting my computer and I just reinstalled the game and its having the same issues.

Help me please!
