@Monsoon, many times it happened for me, by pressing the F key last, invander got killed by some one else before my animation finish, but have gotten loot bag
I have that problem as well, last 30-45 min
Region lock or , dunno if it’s posible if anet could make 2 world 1 from eu and 1 from us to fight on same side,
you have not supply any facts at all
and phoenix OP didn’t complain about how you guys are very orginased at night, it’s about 4 guys taking keep very fast, not 100 vs a door or 4 golems vs door

You’re either trying to get the information out of us (in a not so subtle way I might add) or are genuinely this bad at siege warfare.
Either way I suggest you wait for your GM reply, which probably wont happen as everything was above-board

and saying this it just make you look bad, taking empty keeps in the night and braging about your mighty force and superior strategy in the forums.

Can you tell me please, how do you know where Lohegrin was, acording to your screeshoot and why you have the pictures whiten up on the garsison location?
We all sit there upgrading our towers and keeps for hours, around 5 hours later at about 5am my guilds Redwater tower is now missing two personal upgrades and most of the alliance has now logged off since we haven’t seen a single enemy for 3 hours now.
Then around 40 whiteside ridge players come out of nowhere and steamroll the entire borderlands and destroy all of the upgraded walls and buildings easily, meaning those 5 hours of waiting, guarding and upgrading was ruined in a few minutes without actually having to do any real fighting.
this is what exactly happened to RIng of Fire server, but it was not Whiteside ridge, it was night shift from Underword, it happens every night scince the new mach up
Using Infiltrator’s arrow near tower walls in Wv3 got me traped inisade walls, unable to move or do anything
I don’t think 24-hours is the problem, or part of any solution.
Here are the problems:
- Players are dumb and refuse to transfer out of overpop servers
- Arenanet is dumb and refuses to reveal queue information so that people who actually might move have a real idea of where to go
- Rams are too cheap + doors are too weak + NPC guards are too weak + NPC Lords have way too few hit points. This means that once one server gains enough of a lead to start winning, the map sweep happens very, very quickly. Even a fully upgraded garrison can be taken in less than 5 minutes from start to finish if there aren’t enough player-defenders to slow them down. (In DAOC, NPC defenses were far more robust and keep lords had enormous amounts of hit points.)
WvW as-is gives attackers more of an advantage than defenders, purely by not giving defense much time to respond.
Oh:
- Players need to build more arrow carts now. Retaliation doesn’t damage them anymore and 5 arrowcarts firing together will waste zergs……..assuming the weak doors, guards and lords give the defenders any time to get there.
I just have one problem with this, really; operating a siege weapon in a protracted siege right now is very, very boring. With toughened doors, it’ll become even longer, and consequently even more boring.
Maybe make it so that autocast actually works, so you can afk and make a sandwich or play Flash games in your browser while you bash down a door with your ram?
if there is 1 defender alive in shooting range, i doubt you will go making sandwitches
