I feel exactly like the OP.

I am reinstalling the game right now, but I feel like I’ve missed a lot and that I am missing out. It’s easier not to play and feel the pressure (I know it’s my issue).

Anyway, I am back to give it another try. I hope I can fit right back in and have some fun.

I agree with the OP. I too like being a part of two guilds, one which demands I play with them when I am online (it’s a hardcore guild). The trouble is I don’t always feel hardcore. Some days I am, others not so much.

In any event, it would be nice to be able to toggle my whereabouts on or off as I see fit. Why should my entire account be linked to all my guilds? It would cut down on many people’s guild drama if we could be in charge of our own play habits and not be spied on or told to get out of a guild if we don’t play with them all the time.

To me this is a privacy issue. Sometimes you wanna play an alt and be left alone, other times I don’t mind being found. Let me choose how my presence in the game is managed, that is all I would ask of Arenanet.
