On the prologue: rally to maguuma, i can no longer progress in the story nor can i restart my progress. The end cutscene bugged out and froze my client. After returning to the game the cutscene continued to freeze the client. After leaving the instance i can no longer return to it nor can i reset the progress to start it over.

Yep same here, just standing in silverwastes and cant get further!

I just wanted to give this topic a little bump because I’ve recently run into the same problem as the original poster although it’s happening to me literally every time I switch, for example, Blink and Feedback while Portal is still on its cooldown. It’s quite annoying!
