A huge chunk of players I knew moved on to ESO, Wild Star, Diablo before and after season 2.
Now I see a wvw players moving on to Archeage.
wvw has been stale for so long. No major changes, and no sign of future big changes.
I have no idea why anet spends so much resources on Living Story( boring, grindy solo play) instead of the more interactive, community based wvw where ppl have to coordinate with eachother to win.
All we do is discuss things while the wvw player base bleeds.
Planning on leaving the game in a couple weeks.
—Here’s a solution to golem trolls—
There are trolls that are known to destroy omega golems that are stored in garrison with fall damage.
If you get the golem you ride killed due to fall damage, you’re either a very incompetent driver or a troller.
-When the golem you ride in is destroyed due to fall damage make it so that you can’t ride another golem for x minutes. Increase x minutes if trolls are still reported doing it.
-If the troller tries to bypass this by just leaving very low health for every golem, make it so that if you take more than 25% fall damage(in one single fall, or many consecutive falls) in even one golem during 1 hour, you can’t ride another golem for x minutes.
Oh plz… Everyone knows JQ has waaaayyy more SEA than that.
Quit trying to lie and downplay ur size. Its off seasons so u guys are queuing about 2 maps during SEA. Also you have the most SEA pugs+ guilds that play early and late into other timezones like Ge, MERC, SoX. I’m pretty sure WvW will play into EU a little bit too.
Come seasons everyone knows u’ll have enough ppl to queue 3+ maps during SEA alone, which means u’ll have more ppl than BG and TC SEA COMBINED.
Quit trying to deny ur numbers.
Anet, I like the idea of the Dolyak statue WXP buff but PLZ NO XP buffs. I worry that this will attract too many ppl with oddly geared uplevels without utility, elite skills in a queued map. Usually there’s a few uplevels in a wvw group which I’m totally fine with but I’m just hoping this doesn’t get out of hand. I can already see ppl yelling at eachother and bickering b/c of this..
Also, when are you going to address the commander functionality and hackers issue?
the 2v1 is unfair by this:
if each server have a limit to wvw (that’s why there is QUEUES)…and they can’t get more of their world inside cause of of the limit…then lets move to another server half of the people and then when this 2 worlds match against each other they just focus on the 3rd world their against with!
so this way they can have in WvW the twice the number of the 3rd world…its like a coward thing “can’t fight fair…cheat it” something like that…works for low standards/prideless persons…gz for them.
Im glad Im not from any of those 2 worlds! They may win like this…but…whats the point of winning when everyone knows they only win by playing 2v1 cause they can’t do nothing alone?!
And yes this is cheating…but can be concidered as tactical also…but still cheating!

You are not from JQ or TC actually playing the match, so you will not understand.
1. QUEUE is not always there for 24 hr on all map
2. At any point of time BG can field equal or greater than any other opponents when all 4 maps are combined
3. We are not fighting for the win, we are fighting for #bgtears
4. When there is 3 way fight, 2v1 will happen (intended or not) but in our case enemy of my enemy is my friend.
2 is a load of bullocks.
Your number 3 and 4 just proves that this continous 2v1 is actually an intentional manipulation aimed at trolling on the frustration of others.
the decisions we’ve been making and actions, or lack there of, are inexcusable..
I truely hope we do well this season and I plan to come back next week to see how things have progressed. But with what has been happening this week I won’t be participating until next week.

If you have a problem with how the server operates you talk to the people in our server.
As it stands, we receive no sympathy from anyone but our own server mates.
Stop wallowing on forums and talk to ppl in our server, or better yet just fight your heart out like the rest of us are doing.
So people stacked even in Gold League too? Somehow I am not surprised.
Yeah, BG was able to stuff 4+ guilds into their server last minute. They should roflstomped season 2 like how they did season 1. I’m surprised that there are people who can be easily fooled twice with the exact same trick..

NV and SUPR were the only guild that transferred to help us out in the OCX and SEA time slots.
BG took first place in leagues and we really worked hard as a server to achieve that. NA especially had guilds and commanders put in extra extra overtime to cover the recruiting time zones. In short, we really have a dedicated server.
We have a lot to offer. An awesome, tight-knit wvw community full of veterans and people who wanna help out, constant epic fights with SOR and JQ, and we treat our guilds with respect and gratitude.
We currently have worrisome gaps outside of NA time zone which is why we are looking for Oceanic SEA EU guilds to fight with us. (especially oceanic and eu).
Maps are not queued during oceanic, eu weekday hours and in the off chance that it is, it only takes a couple minutes to enter wvw. If you join now when BG needs you the most you will be treated as kings and heroes xD

Wow, JQ is in such an overwhelmingly good position to win the first season. They only have to put in 4 weeks of hard work instead of six. Why are you playing favorites anet? Why even bother to make a laggy queued league that already has a winner from the get go? Are you trying to get people to delete the game so that you can manage your sub par, lag infested, under managed wvw servers?

Moved to blackgate 4months ago myself and haven’t regretted my decision ever since.
Great community and wvw mentality.
Hoping to see more oceanic, EU wvw players in blackgate. JQ is super stacked right now so we’re trying very hard to hold them back during these time zones.

I don’t believe this. I really don’t get why anet had to make it even MORE difficult to get new dungeon items.
I run wvw with multiple characters and my commander and guild tweaks item settings based on patch buffs and nerfs on certain classes. This totally impairs everyone’s ability to get new armor and weapons for new builds fast.
I also like to farm tokens for aesthetic reasons but clearly this just messes everything up. It will take weeks to get a new look.
Also, when I get an alt to lvl 80,
it takes 1380 tokens for a full armor set, 390 for two hand 300+300 for one hand, 2370+ total (x2 x3 x4 for different builds). Assuming that I do 3 paths per day (btw, some paths take waaayy longer than others), it takes 14+ days to get a full set and even longer for ppl who don’t have enough time. Some people have thousands of tokens in storage to spend, but what about ppl who have to farm from scratch? This is a MAJOR pain in the .. for ppl who want to gear up fast.
If anet does not fix this I will NOT drag myself to do dungeon runs for weeks, and I would hate running wvw with an incomplete setting. So I probably won’t be making new alts since its too much of a hassle to gear them up, play with my existing alts anymore, or go for new looks. Come to think of it anet just made everything pointless. I will gradually stop playing this game if this is not fixed.
Gearing up fast used to be a choice we could make and anet just robbed us of it.
